Barnes n noble, cold stone, tea daze. Theirs so many great things in this center and theirs always plenty of parking

Love their shoes slip inside and they took an old pair and took the time at other stores and had sent to me great service

Aside from the fact that people don't know how to act around cars, in that they feel like they are apparently invincible against a two ton steel cage, this area is pretty dope. Pretty great selection of stores from Ross to Target, although I prefer the Ross because it's cheaper than Target and ya boy is getting bent over by this economy..

I absolutely love this. Like most Ross's it's a hit-and-miss on what you can find but I always have a great experience. The lines are always long but never do I have to wait longer than 10. The employees are super fast helpful and always have a smile 😊

Great shopping center, something for my whole family to enjoy. Books, ice cream and clothes for me and my girls, Hallmark for me as well, toys and ice cream for my boys and car supplies for my husband.

I love shopping here. I use to live it even more when they had the Starbucks!!!😟 But, I live just near here so it is very convenient for me to visit. They have a nail salon, a taqueria, a Ross Store, a Cold Stone Creamery, a GameStop, a bagel shoppe, a flower shop, a Sketcher's Factory Store, a Subway, a Barnes and Noble, a Hallmark store ( I love this place) and now, an Auto Zone. It has a little of everything EXCEPT COFFEE!!!!😟

Cold Stone isn't as close to my home as Baskin Robbins, but the ice cream is just as good, and it's open later. Very much enjoyed my founder's favorite.

If you've come here looking for a circuit City, they painted it blue but it still exists. Exists. You just need to know the secret password when going into the Ross store. I would tell you it here and now but that could get me in a lot of trouble

Has Skechers shoe wearhouse, I've marble ice cream shop, magic pottery shop, Hallmark store, Ross department store, Subway cafe, etc.

The Barnes and Noble bookstore is an excellent place to check out if your looking for a good book to read. The place is clean and the prices are reasonable.

Switch my grandson really like.

Fun but not for toddlers takes longer than expected and not enough patience but perfect for adults teens and school age children si much fun and lasting memory makers.

I went to Subway. The quantity is the best in Modesto. Best staff. I will drive 4 extra miles ✅
