Beck's Shoes

Yesterday, I stopped by Beck's Shoes to find an alternative to my heavy, uncomfortable steel toe work boots, that are required for my work. Fred, with over 30 years experience, set me up with light weight athletic type work shoes that satisfy my employers requirements. They are fantastic!

I like shopping online, but not when it comes to my PPE and especially if it's my boots. I want to feel safe and protected with the best quality. I need to try them on and not take the internet's word for it. I came into Beck's shoes not knowing what I was going to get and now after my purchase I am very pleased. They had a great selection of NFPA 1977 wildland firefighter boots and made sure I got what I needed. If you're s firefighter I would highly reccomend taking a look in this store.

I went to Becks to get a pair of Women’s HOKA Bondi8 shoes. I wanted to be fitted so I would buy the right size and width. Both my daughter and sister in law wear Hoka Bondi8’s so I was an easy sell. Gerry helped me and he was very informative. I also bought a pair of cushioned inserts and some great socks because I have been having foot problems. So far the shoes and inserts feel wonderful. I could not be happier with my purchase and will recommend Beck’s to all my friends. Thank you Gerry!

Had the best experience there! Jerry was awesome in assisting my elderly dad with some much needed new shoes. It's not a discount store, but in exchange they offer personalized and professional service. I even bought some new shoe inserts for myself, since they carry my favorite brand which is Aetrex. Highest rating for service and friendliness!

Nothing like shopping in a family owned store where extra attention with a smile is always welcome! I had a specific pair of shoes inind, and it took awhile to get the sizing correct as I am a half size, so it can be challenging. However, I was treated with kindness and patience, and we finally found the perfect fit! It was a delightful experience and we will definitely return!

I had been to several shoe stores already by the time I walked into Beck's Shoes with my hard to fit feet. Gerry was great! He fit me with several shoes that I absolutely love. He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. By the time I left, I couldn't count the number of shoeboxes and tissue on the floor. Have had foot/heel pain, back pain, and knee tightness since starting a new job. Kyra was super helpful and in my opinion went above and beyond and put me in the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I immediately noticed a difference in how I walked and no pain whatsoever!! I know it'll take a few weeks to get back to "normal". Becks shoes takes your feet seriously, I would 10/10 recommend going here if you have any foot or back pain or just in general want to have a excellent shoe buying experience. Thank you Becks shoes!

Excellent service. Trish was so kind and knowledgeable. My husband and I loved the experience with her fitting my stepson for the perfect hiking shoes and insoles that we came back a few weeks latwr for ourselves...another great experience. There is a real small town family feel & everything is quality. Fair prices. Highly recommend!

Don't listen to the negative reviews put on here by some. These people are fantastic. Always helpful and courteous, they go out of there way to make my shoe buying experience a positive one. I've been going to this store for many years now and will be going again today, and you know why? Because there going to have what I need and they will make my experience pleasant.

The service here was great! One small detail of great service is that they double check both boot sizes to make sure they're the same before you leave the store. The last thing I'd want to do is come back to a store to return shoes becuase one size is smaller/ bigger than the other. Just a small detail of service that's great about this place. I will for sure come back here for my next pair of boots.

I was fit well, treated nicely. Positive experience. Satisfied customer. Negative reviews being left by person who had never even heard of the place. Obviously a hateful person is behind many negative reviews. Customers of this store leave very positive reviews. Go to this store and look for a well fitting shoe, and see how you are treated.

Excellent shoe store and knowledgeable staff. I need foot support and they have the soles and shoes that I need. The salesman Fred listened and was very informative. He spent time finding the right shoes and I literally walked out in the shoes that he recommended.

Great service and reasonable return policy. The building may look new, but this is an old fashioned shoe store with salespersons that actually measure your feet (if needed). I have shopped here (and at the previous location) ever since the 60's because of the quality products and wonderful service.

Wonderful store! Wonderful owners. I had forgotten how nice a full service shop was, we went in to get my husband work books. The owners were amazing. Sat him down, measured his feet, laced the boots. Wonderful experience.

I just left Becks Shoes (formerly Santa Rosa shoes). Fred listened carefully to my foot problems and got my size 14 narrow foot into the perfect pair. This family business offers the same if not better professiona l fitting

I bought a pair of shoes that I needed to exchange, and that was a snap. I looked around for a few minutes at their complete selection and found another pair. Now, I own two pair of very high quality shoes from a very good store. Outstanding service

Excellent service, the salesman paid attention to my specific requirements, found a couple of pairs of boots that met those requirements, and was very helpful yet expedient and respectful of my time in getting me set up with *EXACTLY* what I wanted and needed.
