Nice staff.

I was there Friday to pick up new prescriptions for metoprolol and Eliquis for my husband. The lady in the counter, which I forgot her name said they can not give the whole month supply because they do not have enough eliquis. She only give 10 tablets instead of 60 and told me to come back next week, to pick up the rest of meds. The lady asked to sign and paid for it and so I did.
I came back after my night work even I was tired and sleepy to get the remaining Eliquis prescription on Monday morning the next week. The lady in the counter said, it was already been picked up last week, so I have to explain to her that they only give 10 tablets because they do not have enough stocks. The lady replied, ok but our stocks will not arrive until this afternoon. She said, they will give me a call when the meds is ready.
At 10 minutes before 5 pm that day, I received a call that the med prescription is ready to be picked up but the pharmacy will be closing at 5 pm so I decided to pick up the meds on the following morning.
I went back there Tuesday morning the guy said in the counter, the Eliquis meds has been picked up last Friday. So I told him and explained again the above. He also asked me what is the name of the lady I have talked to. I forgot the name but they can look up and ask their staff who worked that day. If their employees are honest they should not lie if they have talked to me about the prescription. After further explanation, Finally, the guy said he will process the eliquis prescription and I have to wait another 20 or more minutes. Of course, I waited and got the meds.
My point on this review is, I hope this will not happened to others because It was so annoying to keep coming back and explain all over again the situation and have to wait again. Everyone’s time is precious! The pharmacist and staff should communicate each other of what is going on. Why did they said I have already picked up the prescription last Friday. Did they lie that they do not have enough Eliquis supply. Something Fishy, I could sense. I hope the pharmacy manager will address this situation.
