Ruby’s browtique

If you go to this place by Groupon go ahead.
Only works with Groupon without that it’s your choice.
The service is nice, but Ruby was weird, she said she charges more in the first appointment and by second, third appointment she charges less, which doesn’t make any sense, I never saw that.
She said Groupon is only for New customers, in my first appointment I saw her on Groupon and I told her but she told me that Groupon only pays her $5 I liked her service and I paid around $25 bc I saw her service was good but Groupon was $15 $18.
I missed an appointment bc I had a surgery and I forgot to text her my fault but I tried to reschedule today and purchase by Groupon and she told me that I couldn’t do that since Groupon is only for new Costumers and I was not a new costumer. I told her that I never saw that and She said that Karma is going back to me because I told her I would leave a review because she was so mean to me.
She doesn’t know about American Customer Service and American Business of course.
If you go to her place you can ask her why does she charge more in the first appointment and less for next appointments?
I’m leaving this bad review because she is not honest to charge more for the same service, it’s not a Credit Card, not a subscription for a Club.
