Bianchini's Sandwich & Salad Market

I only heard about this place from a random recommendation off Facebook for "good, inexpensive salads" or the "best eggplant sandwich". They did not disappoint! I got the hot grilled eggplant sando and the smell was intoxicating, the garlic mayo is dreamy! Those who say they had no flavor I only imagine asked for no special sauce ,no pickled things
or no melty cheese or maybe they had covid. You don't even need chips (which are often my required supplement for sandwich eating). And dang the people were so nice, and not annoying nice, just real friendly.

This locally-owned deli offers a large menu of hot or cold sandwiches with high quality meats, cheeses and veggies on fresh baked bread which is delivered daily. A salad option is provided where you can have their culinary staff build you an extensive, customized salad for a very fair price. I really think this approach is fresher (and more sanitary) vs the typical grocery store salad bar where you pay by the pound for ingredients that sit out in bins all day for customers to handle. Between the sandwiches and salads, it has everything you might want when you are out and about in this neighborhood- fuel up with a tasty, healthy meal here before you hit the gym or one of the many shops or service businesses in this area- and you'll have enough left to bring half home with you.

Best experience! Decided to try with my husband because I wanted a salad and he wanted a sandwich.
There salad was delicious. Absolutely great value and tossed so everythings mixed in. The sauteed mushrooms were so good. Best salad ever! My husband got the pesto sandwich and loved it too.

We stopped in just to get some fresh baked bread and they did us one better. They asked if we wanted to take home half baked bread and finish it ourselves or if we wanted to wait for a few minutes for them to cook it fresh. This bread is phenomenal! I'll definitely be coming back to try a sandwich. Everything was very tidy and you could tell they were taking food safety seriously. From what I could see all of the sandwich makings looked very fresh and tasty. Also fun fact you can buy kettle corn there.

We discovered this little gem last summer when my son Josh moved to California from Oregon. Every time we come visit, I insist on stopping by here and having the #3 on a Dutch Crunch roll. Excellent flavors! Good job, guys! Keep it fresh . Don't change

I love their sandwiches and the salad bar is amazing! Their homemade dressings are just the best. The quality of the food is great! And to top it off the customer service! They are so nice, sweet, fast, personable!!! We go there a couple times a week!

Excellent customer service start to finish. My first time here so wasn't sure how things worked. You can order any of the speciality sandwiches/salads or build your own. Small salad was your choice of greens and any 4 toppings. Parnell built my salad and rung me out. He was super friendly, respectful and helpful throughout the whole process. The build your own sandwich and salad were both delicious. So glad I chose to go to a local spot :)

Excellent salads, both quality and especially quantity make this a great deal for lunch. The lines are sometimes longer, but for a good reason.

This is my second time here and honestly couldn’t be happier with the freshness and overall quality of the food. I ordered the #11 veggie delight sandwich with no house sauce, no onions with pesto mayo and it is delicious! The people who work here are friendly as well which makes the experience that much better! Definitely a recommended place for lunch.

Found my new favorite sandwich spot! The customer service is definitely a plus! Location is in a very light traffic area, which is good for finding a parking spot, but very unfortunate that not many people will stumble across this gem! Love love love it!

Including the fresh salad bar with 36 topping options ,they give you such an ample amount of food it's such a great deal! Prices are very affordable and they also serve beers! And tap beer as well .. love it..and you can call in to order and pick up I highly recommend this delicious cold or hot sandwich and fresh salad bar location right in the Safeway shopping center on Mendocino Ave in Santa Rosa check em out you won't Be disappointed where they toss you up a scrumptious salad and sandwich.. ☺😃

These folks are good food machines! Love love love the salad options. Try any one of their sandwiches for a taste explosion. Good breads! Use them all the time for group lunches. They do get busy at lunch, but worth the wait.

Fresh ingredients every time I go and they have awesome customer service. Luis is super friendly and the girl with the red hair (didn't catch her name) was super nice as well. Great prices and great sandwiches

I've eaten at many sandwich places in the Bay Area and Bianchini's is by far my favorite. Their sandwiches don't all use proprietary secret sauce like Ike's dirty sauce which, while heavenly on first consumption, eventually becomes tired and tends to make even very different sandwiches conform to a similar taste palette. Bianchini's sandwiches are no frills, good quality ingredients, and they have the tastiest bread with the best consistency I've found anywhere. The sandwiches taste fresh in a way that hard to qualify, and I never get tired of them. I must have ordered their number 1 a few dozen times and I still want more of it. I've only ordered a salad once, a chicken avocado salad with fruits and some kind of berry dressing, and that too was fantastic. Staff are friendly. I really can't recommend this place enough.

Holy Sando’s Bianchini’s!! I ordered the tri-tip on sourdough and my boss got the tuna salad on wheat toasted and our day has just gotten so much better- we both agree that they are the best sandwiches we have had in soo long! Thanks guys for using only the best ingredients and putting some love into everything 💚

My favorite sandwich spot for lunch, food is delicious and owners and staff are very friendly, and fast service even when there is a long line they are pretty fast.
