Big store, two floors, escalator and elevators ...friendly staff and Sephora was fully stocked. It's a great location and lots of parking.

The Kohl’s store in Santa Rosa is an EXCELLENT brick & mortar store which consistently delivers quality services and products! For 20 years this particular Kohl’s has remained top-rated in my experience! And one of the primary reasons is that the people who work in the Santa Rosa, CA store are EXCEPTIONAL! We just met another very lovely, extremely helpful store associate named LINDA yesterday who is
clearly NEXT LEVEL in terms of her interest and success in assisting customers like my husband and me. And — gosh! — she did not disappoint in any way!

We've been shopping at Kohl's for roughly 20 years and there have been changes inside the store that we haven't necessarily been “wild" about…but fashion & commercial trends simply change over time — that's just the way things go!

One thing that has NEVER changed is the extremely high caliber of individuals who are hired, trained and promoted within the ranks of Kohl's! We applaud Kohl’s efforts to hire and retain valuable, dedicated employees like longtime associate Maritza, and now Linda, as well as another longtime employee - a delightful gal who told me her name -sounded out- sounds like "chew-ing"! She’s also one of my favorites!

Anywhooz, the Santa Rosa Kohl’s store is THE BEST for customer service, brand-name products, quality store brands, discounted sales, incredible clearance deals, and, of course, the Kohl’s rewards!

I had such a great experience shopping at the Sephora section in Kohl's today. I went in to pick up a pair of jeans and never made it to that section. Instead I was treated to wonderful assistance from a knowledgeable young woman who answered my questions and helped me to find everything I needed and then some I hadn't thought about. I'm so excited about my new Benefit, Sheseido and Moroccan Oil products and can't wait to use them! Thank you so much.

Nice store. Cleaner than down in Coco county

I went to kohls scouting sales for my disabled brother. I ended up buying 2 new bras, some clothing hangers and a pair of shorts. My brother and I shall return for him.

Kohls cannot be beaten for prices and staff. It is always a pleasure shopping there

You can find alot for decent prices. Good quality clothing at affordable prices. The wait staff are always friendly and courtesy.

Kohls is a great place shop. Clothes are super expensive nowadays so I personally stick to the clearance racks here. I got 2 very nice button up short sleeves for a total of 15$ since they were both on the clearance rack and I am very happy either them.

Great place, I came from out of town (Orange County) and had no idea that Kohl's even carried a big and tall section I most definitely went on a shopping splurge, money well spent 👌 Thank You Kohl's 👍

There's always a huge range of clothing and accessories to buy. Plus they just remodeled and opened a Sephora boutique in the store. So I was able to get some clothes and shampoo/conditioner at one store. Easy shopping and friendly staff 😉
