Couldn't find my wallet. Harry saved our drinks, was super friendly and professional. Will not hesitate to come back to this store.

Starbucks is consistently good no matter where you are. You can expect the same product quality 95% of the time. And good customer service about 90% of the time.

My go to when I don't have time to make coffee myself and I'm in a rush out the door the app makes it convenient to have enough time for coffee and to get work.

Surprised of efficient service for walk-in customer despite of heavy demand with drive-thru and on-line customer. Like that hot coffee was at proper temperature and food heated well.

From ordering to picking up window the employees were very friendly!

This is my go-to Starbucks. I like that they take the time to introduce themselves and asks for your name at the drive thru. Servers have great customer service and are very friendly. I’ve been coming here a lot lately just because of their service. Please keep up the great customer service as it it’ll keep customers coming back to this specific branch. Much appreciated!

Jaylen is the most amazing worker ever!!! Everytime I come to get my coffee being able to interact and see his smile seriously brightens my day! This is my favorite Starbucks to go to, he should get a freaking raise, his work ethic is phenomenal!

I was going through the Drive Thru, and my experience with the barista Katie at the window was amazing. She has such a bubbly and sweet personality that makes you smile. Love the service and drinks. 100/10 recommend!

The service and staff are amazing! They keep the line moving even though it's quite long, and they were expeditious in very eager to help and serve their customers. I made a mistake with the transaction and the staff was very helpful and nice. 10 out of 10

My absolute FAVORITE location in Modesto! The employees are a delight. They also strive to know you and your drinks specifications. If another location didn't get your order right they'll kindly fix it as well.

Really fast drive-thru, and across the parking, only a few feet away, you have a book store that I'm gonna checkout especially since it's locally owned. Plus coffee + reading is never a bad thing 😄

I love the coffee, but the customer service is why I choose this place. I dropped my coffee the minute I got home. I literally took one sip. I called to see if I could get another and the woman gave me a free coffee. Wow!! I must say Starbucks is the way to go.
