Richard Williamsen was our appointed trustee for my stepfathers trust. The lack of care and comfort for myself and sisters was noticeable. He intruded into our personal opinions and gave his personal opinion. He was moonlighting as a lay pastor for a church, so it just happened he was available for funeral services too. It became a small nightmare and my sisters ended up hiring a lawyer to get our distribution of funds. He didn’t want to give information and he had noticeable bias towards us. During my mothers funeral service, he called my mom by a name no one in my family or her coworkers were familiar with throughout the service. Even after someone yelling her correct name out. It was crazy! Find another trustee!!
