Love Sketchers. I have had Bob's since 2019 and just now need new ones. I have even sewed them up when my pinky toe popped out. It lasted 3 more years. Get some. They are cloth of some kind that lasts for slip ons

If you like sketchers shoes, they have a great selection and you won't be disappointed. Well, except they were out of my size of flip flops that I wanted. Lol
Not to worry, I found them online. But the reason for the 5 star rating is the excellent customer service. The associates were all helpful and efficient without bugging you-lol.

Because sure who helped me was very very nice and I ended up with a very comfortable pair of shoes I had ordered online and they were too big so I went into the Skechers warehouse here in Modesto and the ladies were very nice maybe about 10 minutes and I was on my way

Clean, helpful staff, great value. They brought back buy (1) second pair 50% off. Sales associate said that did hasn't occurred in the last 2 years. Will come back.

Went to Skechers yesterday evening and received the most unbelievable customer service from Dominique. We found the right shoe, just not in the size we wanted. She took the time to search other Skecher stores for the pair of shoes wanted in the right color & size and filled out the necessary paperwork then assured us it would be shipped to us for free. In addition I found three pairs of shoes online that unfortunately the local store did not have on hand for me to try on. That was not a problem for Dominique though…all she needed from me was the style number, color and size of each shoe so she could order them online for me. Once again the shoes would be shipped to me for free and the 20% off discount was a wonderful bonus to receive on both orders. Dominique was amazing!!! She was patient and accommodating and provided the best customer service I have ever had from a retail store in a very long time. I hope the owners realize the asset they hired. She’s a very rare gem in this challenging business of retail. Thank you again for your exemplary service, Dominique!

This place is GREAT! I went to the store about 5 days ago to find some work boots for my trade school. As soon as I got into the store and started looking around an employee came to me, very professionally and helped me find the work boots. I picked out a wonderful, stylish, and comfortable pair of boots, and with their “Buy one get one 50% off” deal my dad was able to get himself a nice pair of sandals for gardening at half price! Would highly recommend to everyone!

Excellent customer service. The young team of workers are always there to help. We have been coming here for quit a while love the deals. My wife and 2 girls are always pleased when we shop here. Great job.

Great selection and prices, actually came out cheaper than when I go to ross. I wish they had more selection for men's clearance but all and all great place. Got 2 pairs for under 50 plus snagged a pair of shoes for him. Customer service level was also excellent.
