Evon Madden is an amazing stylist. Always up on the latest fashion trends! I only go to Evon corporate suits, jackets, and neckties in Santa Rosa, California. Macys has an amazing selection in Sonoma County. Evon knows the quality. Special thanks for the Thanksgiving and Christmas suits for the holidays. My daughter loves the dresses. She thought the dresses were gorgeous.

I like this Macy's. It's a great place to browse and shop. I like to go late, 7-8 pm, when it's quieter. It's always clean and well-presented; a nice place to get out of the house for a bit on a weeknight, and I usually find something I like. I hope physical department stores can remain viable in the face of online shopping. It's just so civilized.

One of the cleanest department stores to shop at. Reasonable prices and really great quality clothing. The employees provide top-notch service and always go above and beyond. The personal stylist at the Santa Rosa plaza location knows her stuff

This place has always been great. It's an institution. Typical department store but great products and good service. Always clean and inviting, though, a bit too perfumey sometimes. You can do a lot of good Christmas shopping and back to school shopping here. It can be on the pricey side but if you shop smart there are bargains to be found. I do like their men's department and household appliance section.

Awesome memories looking for a birthday present for my wife and there were so many options it was exciting picking out the right one, the young lady who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and didn't mind showing me around.
Needless to say I bought three not just one perfect gifts.

Fabulous, just as I expected. The whole store was neat and tidy, very clean floors and that fresh new clothes smell. Even though I visited the store towards the end of the day, all the items were folded nicely and put in their spots as if no one had ever touched them!
The floor layout was rather convenient, it made it my shopping experience very easy and quick.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel as if I mattered! To me, this is always a plus when you go shopping at big retail stores like Macy's. Now I can go one with my day looking, and also feeling, FABULOUS! :3

It’s always a great experience at Macy’s. Staff are helpful and professional. Corey in the bed/furniture dept was super knowledgeable and set my boyfriend and I up with the mattress we were looking for. He made the whole experience a breeze.
