The staff are very welcoming and polite. The work stations appeared very clean. I was very nervous but she made me feel comfortable and remained professional throughout. She explained what was she was going to do and what was needed from me. The whole experience took about 10 minutes. I'm already booked for my next session

Brittinee was friendly, funny and made me feel comfortable. My brows turned out perfect and I’ll for sure be making her my regular specialist. She took her time, was meticulous, kept them natural as I asked and made sure I was pleased.

Gracie is amazing!! She always pays attention to detail and gave me some tips about waxing. She even had me go into a position that helped wax everything. She makes me feel so comfortable and we always have good conversations about what we have going on in life. I definitely recommend requesting her for any service :)

My first time waxing and Gracie was excellent! She’s very kind and friendly. Great with conversation so you’re not there overthinking your wax appointment. She was very quick and did a wonderful job! The woman at the front desk was also very kind. Gracie will be my go-to for my bikini wax for now on. Highly recommend this center. Staff really knows how to make you feel welcomed.

Jessica is just the best! She's not only great at what she does, she makes you feel very welcomed. Always remembers me and checks in since our last visit. The front desk staff is always helpful and making sure you had the best visit possible.

Mackenzie is the absolute best at brazillians! I’ve been coming here for a while consistently seeing different girls, but Mackenzie does such an amazing job. She is quick and efficient, she never breaks the wax (which could lead to pain), and she always has a positive attitude and good energy! I’ve stuck with her for months now and don’t ever plan on changing.

Brianna was so sweet and very efficient. She was asking me questions about my waxing experience before she executed the job perfectly. She made sure I was comfortable with wax before putting it on me. She also had a smile on her face the whole time. She also asked permission/consent to touch me before putting powder and the wax on. This was my best experience with getting myself waxed.

Cristina did an amazing job on my eyebrows. She took her time - waxed, trimmed & tweezed. She didn’t make them thinner but shaped them nicely. Very happy with the results!

I got my eyebrows, underarms, stomach strip, brazilian, and lower legs done. Tip: Do the hooha first because that's what most people get anxious over. Once is done and over with the rest is easy peasy. You can cuss, yell (not at the workers but like the Steve Carrell scene bc ouchies) but it's super quick. They do an amazing job. They make you feel comfortable, you can ask questions, for recommendations as far as products, and they will give you the advice you need. Be sure to exfoliate about 24-36 hours before and go in with fresh and clean skin (no deodorant, they'll take it off if waxing there). My waxer (?) was Carolina (Lina) and she was a godsend. Very good at what she does and made it an enjoyable experience. I will be going back to her. Vibe was fine, music playing and people are laid back but still professional.

Mackenzie is an amazing waxer great attention to detail and makes you feel completely comfortable while being waxed. Very personable makes you feel like you have known her for a long time. Definitely a great experience and the confidence that follows is an added plus. I would definitely suggest getting the wax pass if you are committed. Mackenzie Is also very knowledgeable and is able to answer all questions and concerns and they don’t push you to buy there products. Great experience all the way around.

Always have a great experience here. My favorite waxer is Yvonne. When she’s not available I just go with whoever. Recently I had Brittinee and she was awesome. Very friendly and did a great job!
