(For Dr. Ryan Fellows Brown ) He is a very good doctor. He answered all my questions professionally so that I would have no doubts and better understand my own body. I am a cancer patient who just had surgery and I trust him completely.

Amber in the Kaiser hearing center exceeded all expectations relative to amt of time involved in testing, being both thorough and efficient as well as having excellent patient care office manner. She also took my broken hearing aid and repaired and cleaned both aids up so I could continue to use them, until the new ones were ready (12/7) upgrading the in ear receiver to current standards (12/19) as well as doing testing/completing of aid prep which took less time than expected. I enjoyed her explanations/help with understanding changes in the aids related to re-chargeable, etc.
I appreciated the willingness of another care team member to enable me to get an appointment -(I think from a cancellation) so that I would not be without one of aids during the holidays.

I had never seen a pulmonology doctor before and wasn't sure what to expect. What a nice guy! He was so reassuring and informative. He took time with me and patiently explained everything I needed to know. He was very thorough. I feel reassured and confident in the treatment he prescribed and I am fortunate to have received care from Dr. Buccellato.

Laura is wonderful. Positive and encouraging. She had a lot of supportive ideas and recommendations. Plus, she had the same surgery as Sharon, so she radiates double confidence. A perfect match. I hope we get to see her again. (From husband and caregiver, Al.)

My doctor is extremely helpful in empathizing with me and helping me to understand the myriad of next possible steps in my holistic care. While I feel effective at advocating for my care, he has been great at clarifying care options and putting my mind at ease. He has a good bedside manner and I appreciate his care.

I recommend Kaiser to others to others for various reasons, starting with their emphasis on preventing illness and their having so many services, specialists etc.in one place. In this case I’d want to give special recognition to my primary care physician Dr. Koida, with his years of specializing in primary care, is able to give me help with whatever concerns I bring to him. He is always generous with his time and I feel he really knows my personal issues as I get older.

Optical dept was great. My doctor was kind and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions regarding my cataracts and surgery. I left feeling hopeful. Thank you for hiring such great doctors.

I was very anxious about the binocular cataract surgery, but it went extremely smoothly. All staff were very courteous, kind, gentle. I especially commend Dr Gary, who has a very reassuring calming demeanor. I felt very safe , secure, and cared-for under his care.

Dr. Desanto was warm and engaging making me feel like he was her only patient. She took the time to listen the me and asked follow up questions. She was recommended by one of her other patients and I couldn’t be happier that she found room for me in what I am sure is her busy schedule.

The good doctor has done cataract surgery on both of my eyes and seems to have done a very good job. He has been vey careful in explaining procedures and answering my questions. The medical assistants and scheduling staff have been very efficient and thorough.

I had a great experience. Ms Hyde was very professional and courteous as well as informative, explaining every step of the way. My impression was and is that she really cared about her patients well being and also liked her profession. 2 thumbs up!

I stopped into the Optometry department last month to schedule an appointment as I would be losing the $120 Medicare discount on glasses as of December 31. The receptionist went out of her way to get me in in early December despite tight schedules and coordinated the time so I could go next door to the optical department to order new glasses before the discount ran out.

My visit with Dr Orosz started on time. He was very thorough, concise in his communication and answered all my questions.

Dr. Buccellato was wonderful! He understood my concerns and actually reversed a recent and very troubling diagnosis. He took over my care with new solutions and very clear explanations. I greatly appreciated his knowledge, communication skills, and warm manner. I feel lucky to be in his care.

Rachel is the perfect blend of professional and personal. She has clear expertise as a seasoned Physical Therapist, but her friendly, relaxed and supportive demeanor means that all my visits are both productive and enjoyable.

Dr. Ahmad was amazing. He made me feel comfortable, relieved my anxiety and walked me through the process with his confidence. I had no idea he was the Chief of Head and Neck until the next day when I received a follow-up from him to check-in. He is just one of those doctors who goes above and beyond, and I am thankful and grateful I ended up in his care.

Dr. Garcia is my personal doctor. I have been seen by Dr. Garcia for at least 20 years now and he has shown me compassion and excellent care. Kaiser is fortunate to have Dr. Garcia on their staff. If I could give Dr. Garcia 100 star review I would do so

We love Dr. Brabant, he is the best. Very thorough, kind, and caring. We feel safe and encouraged in his care. My kids look forward to seeing him, even when they are feeling unwell.

There are many things that I can say about my recent Experience at KP. The Doctor who did my surgery Was very professional, Caring and knowledgeable. She made me feel heard and she made me feel whole again. Thank you Dr. Huang Chief of OBGYN.

Jennifer Rose-Hyde, your Santa Rosa Audiologist, was so pleasant and competent. She took me on time and was polite and gracious. She explained the testing process simply and completely, then provided me with excellent care followed by informative education. What a gem!

Dr. Vasadia was clear, detailed and empathetic in his explanations and recommendations regarding my condition. I greatly appreciated his ability to share his knowledge, make clear why he was recommending what he was and to answer my questions. I am grateful that he is on your staff and was available to be my cardiologist when this condition was diagnosed.
