Everything about our experience with Mike at Valley Findings was 5 star. I was referred to Mike by a client of mine who raved about the service that they had provided him and his family over the years. Everything that he had mentioned was true. I visited Valley Findings looking for a unique engagement ring that my fiance was in love with. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he was able to customize and create the engagement ring. We first began with the type of diamond we were looking for; cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. He was able to order a few diamonds until we found the perfect one. We went trough the same process selecting the wedding bands as well. I definitely recommend Valley Findings to anyone looking for phenomenal jewelry expertise and customer service.

Excellent service. I had several chains shortened while I was visiting relatives in town. They did a very good job and even made sure it would be done on time since they knew I would be leaving. Good customer communication as well in terms of letting me know when the chains were done.

I took a ring in to have a prong replaced.
I was informed that the wrong one had been previously used. I so appreciate the time taken to explain and show me the difference. This repair was done within a few days. The ring looks beautiful & I am thrilled how stunning the diamond looks. Customer service and repair craftsmanship is exemplary.
I had another ring that I hoped could be repaired but just wasn't an possible.
Sherry offered me an option to recreate it, which it which I plan on doing soon.

A small shop with a lot to offer!! Mike was awesome as I worked to design the perfect ring for my fiancé. He took a lot of time walking through the differences in stones and showing me examples. Extremely helpful and dedicated to making sure the ring turned out just the way I wanted it! Highly recommend!! I will be returning!

Very friendly staff. It’s nice to bring a watch in and have the battery changed while I wait. Many places make you come back, sometimes on a another day to pick it up.

They resized my mother's wedding and engagement rings and did a beautiful job. I have a gold bracelet that I've had for 30+ years and sometimes the links break after wearing thin. They've always been able to repair it so I can continue wearing it daily, and that's wearing it with never removing it. Their work is in repairing jewelry is beautiful. I recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough nice things about The Master's Touch Jewelers. Customer service goes over the chart. I had 3 watches that needed to be cleaned. With my work hours, I could not get to the store. I took my wife’s wedding ring in to be remade. I was quoted a price and we left the ring. When we picked up the ring it is exquisite. It looks better than it did when we first bought it. The ring is very beautiful and the price was much better than the quote. The store has a small town feel. The service is kind and friendly like we are friends. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone, we went to yelp to find a jeweler. We have several jewelry needs, first to have a family ring sized after a recent death. Seeing the many five star reviews for Valley Findings Jewelry we went in to see about the ring sizing. We were welcomed immediately with Valley Findings Jewelry staff. Everyone is very friendly, warm and extremely knowledgeable. We thought we knew what size we needed the ring sized, but they were very thorough and helped us realize the size we thought we needed was not the one that we actually needed. We knew immediately that we found our hometown jeweler! As we visited with Rhonda and Mike, we felt like we were meeting new friends! When we returned to pick up the family ring, it sized with precision and cleaned to a beautiful, sparkly perfection! We are so impressed with the kind staff, the great value, the quality of the work, that we immediately dropped off another piece of jewelry for some work! This is the second time I go to them and they have done nothing but an amazing job!! The first time I took my my wedding ring that I thought was a lost cause due to it being so bent and had no shape to it and they where able to shape it back to the original form, save all the diamonds it had and even resize it all for a very affordable price which I felt would've been super expansive somewhere else due to the condition of the ring. The second time was when I took my necklace and I ripped it at a point I thought it wasn't reparable and yet again the fixed the chain and bail and very adorable price! Definitely recommend them 100% for any fixtures or even shopping!
