They are particularly familiar with professional knowledge and can draw inferences about other cases. This really makes car buyers like us not only feel at ease but also feel more comfortable. Our encounter with a Buck happened just the other night.

It left my “Midnight” stuck and me a shaky sight.

Reached out to my friendly Mazda Dealer,

Asked if there was a way that they could heal her.

Turns out “Midnight” was beyond repair…

But her younger sister Gertude zoomed over for me to have a nice long stare.

Off to new Adventures with my Gerty, side by side.

I am also grateful to Casey in sacrificing his day-off to help me pick up the car at my convenience. This kind gesture not only ensured the continuity of service but, in the end, won me over as loyal customer.

When it came to affordability, Tony Serrano was extremely helpful in ironing out all the kinks in the financial terms, helping me secure a lease that I could afford. He was definitely instrumental in assisting me getting my car.

Lastly, I appreciate the leadership of Vance Santos. When it seemed like the sale was on the brink of breaking down due to a miscommunication in logistics, he made the executive decision to allow the deal to proceed.

I bought a Mazda from another non-Mazda Dealership but when I needed some warranty work done I got sent to Mazda in Modesto. I am so glad I got sent there because my experience there was absolutely wonderful. Danny took great care of me and worked with the warranty company to make sure I was not paying for things I should not have. The customer service I received at Modesto Mazda was wonderful and I recommend them 100%.

Working with Abe and Tony was a breeze! They were super helpful and patient with all of my questions. I bought a Mazda3 hatchback MT a few days ago and absolutely love the car. It is such a joy to drive, comfortable when you want to drive tamely but more than capable when getting flung around corners. Casey and Abraham were both a joy to work with. I had the pleasure of buying my first car at Modesto Mazda yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. First I arrived earlier in the day to test drive some SUVs I was paired up with JD who was super friendly and made me feel comfortable as I was sharing with him that this was my first big purchase and it was an intimidating process! He assured me that they wanted what was best for me and would never push me to get something I didn't want. I came back later that day with my fiance to show him the car was in love with. He agreed it was perfect and we decided we'd like to see if we could get approved for the car, this time working with Abraham. Abraham was professional, made us both feel comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted. Abraham could tell I was overwhelmed and helped reassure me he was going to do everything he could to get the best deal. He worked with Vance to help get us an amazing interest rate and include all the extra warranties and bells and whistles you could ever imagine for a great price. At this point it was way over the time Mazda had closed, I know these guys had to be tired but Vance took over to go through paperwork with us and you could truly tell he didn't care how late it was, he just wanted me to have the car of my dreams!
Finally it was all said and done! Abraham had my new car washed and cleaned and ready for me to go!
