I came here last month to shop for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I had been to 3 jewelers prior to this Sales. I met with Nina who was amazing to work with and I did not feel pressured at all my time there. I was only shopping but fell in love with a ring and I'm an impulse buyer so I bought it on the spot. Only after I left did I get feedback from my girlfriend's friend and sister that it is a beautiful ring however it wasn't her style. I called Nina back and she was able to refund the money since it hadn't been sent out yet. I went back the next day and Nina already had some selections based on the feedback I gave her and I found another amazing ring. I had plans to propose in 2 weeks however it was going to be cutting it close and she said if push comes to shove, she could get the same ring from another location and get it sized for me locally so I'd have it in time.

I felt she was truly going above and beyond as if she was a close family friend for years and wanted to make sure everything I had planned wasn't ruined by not receiving the ring in time. Reluctantly, the ring had arrived just 2 days before I needed it and she let me know right away I could pick it up. My fiancé loves the ring, I am constantly seeing her just looking at it and she tells me daily how she keeps getting compliments on it at work. It was the Vera Wang solitaire ring collection. I couldn't appreciate more working with Nina and can't wait to go back and do business with her when we pick the bands. Thank you Nina for making this special experience for us as easy as possible!

Nina at Vintage Faire Mall Zales is such a great salesperson. Always helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure sales approach and just works with the customer. I would definitely recommend working with Nina at Zales in Modesto.

I had relocated out of state and the Zales store that I now go to was unfortunately not helpful, so I contacted our Old Zales Store, and spoke with Erika who is the assistant manager at Vintage Fair Mall in Modesto California. She was very nice, helpful, very professional. Erika went way over and beyond for me. I am truly grateful that I was able to get in touch with her. I am excited to announce that she has located the matching band to my wedding set and is in the process of being ordered. Thank you Erika and colleagues making this possible when I was told otherwise, I will continue to do business with them and just have everything shipped to my new location. They are honest they care about the customer and they go over and beyond for you. They work very hard, make you feel special and that you matter. That is hard to come by these days. If by chance you will have to wait, it will be well worth it. I look forward to doing future business with Erika at Zales Modesto. I highly recommend her and this location to anyone in or out of state.

I always love going to Zales for my jewelry needs and getting an outstanding customer service from all employees at this location, especially Nina. She’s helped my fiancé pick out the most perfect engagement ring! 💍 She’s always patient with us and answers all our questions and concerns to the best of her ability.

ZALES in the Vintage Fair Mall is by far the best Jewelry store I’ve been too! Been coming here since I was kid 25 years ago and till this day I go to have Nina clean my jewelry when need and today I purchased my future wife her dream ring!!
