Big 5 has been around forever. Every one is set up exactly the same. I've been an occasional customer since I was a kid. It's comforting every time I step inside the store.

Excellent experience with great customer service and help getting an Ez-Up.

black Friday was cool. no waiting and all hands on deck.

They have lot of options with all different sports gear, I was looking for some cleats. Really great service the shoe salesmen was bringing me all the different options after I told him I was looking for something that fit my needs. I would recommend people to stop by they also have good prices

Nice store, clean and easy to navigate. Was not a planned trip, more of a spontaneous stop. Didn't pick up anything but it gave me an opportunity to see what they regularly stocked at this location. Staff was nice, very helpful and quickly answered the few questions I had in relation to items on the shelf.
Parking spaces clearly marked and trash seems to be under control, with adequate spacing between vehicles so there should be a lesser chance of doors hitting other cars.

This location has always been a great help. Their associates have always been helpful and find ways to ensure you get the right type of help. My suggestion to customers is to be specific and detailed when soliciting help, it allows associates to better assist you. I know it takes a bit of extra time but if you are looking for something specific like a shoe that fits what you're looking for, it is well worth the while. Their specials change weekly and can be great deals. They tend to have clearance here and there and those deals can be good too.

Bought swimming pool and cover very reasonal customer service was great I stop going there about 7 yrs ago! People were rude! But this time they were eager to serve! I would go all the way to ceres but because I was in the area! I decided to go in and I am so happy I did now feel good to shop there again forgive my writing in a hurry I have guest! I love big 5 I am 63 yrs old I love camping and teaching my children grandchildren and great grandchildren about the great out doors! And big 5 is where I go to get out door! Equipment for my family!

Best Big 5 ever! Ever! Ever! I lost my wallet there. They not only returned but found a way to reach me. And not a single dollar was missing. There was about 500 in cash inside. Best shoe department guy. He not only gave great service he was super honest. He deserves a raise!!

Excellent...my sister wanted to pu a cot. Labor Day deal was so good I picked up one for myself as well as another one for a family member. The young man in Customer Service even carried them to the car for us. Their entire staff was great. 5 thumbs up for this store!

Bought a pair of running shoes, bad fit, no issue on returning.

I get emails from them all the time and when there's a good deal that I can use I always go there plus they give a VA discount which helps out it's a good store for sports equipment and shoes

Great selection. I usually go here for running shoes. After a shoe has been on display for a while they get marked down. They have a little bit of everything. The shoe clerks have been slow to respond during quarantine. Like I had to wait 15 minutes to get help.

I wear a size 12 in men’s. Finding my size in cleats is really difficult! Andy really helped and had great customer service skills!

Always a great experience here. In this era of store closures I sincerely hope Big 5 remains. I'm always greeted with great service, and always find what I'm looking for at a great price and value. I've shopped at Big 5 for over 30 years!

Great place to shop I bought Body Glove Water Shoes for $8.00 and a Hurley Backpack for $25.00 I love them both I bought a pair of the same Water Shoes for my Granddaughter too

I was looking for some tennis shoes. People helping were friendly. A young salesman showed me some shoes I tried the display shoes that were on Sale ($59.96, $29.96, $24.96). They fit perfectly!😊👍 Went to the cashier : they rang up for $19.96+tax!☺👌 Very nice! Robert Worden, Riverbank

I love big 5, I have bought my Rg boots there all of my life. They are so comfortable that I never went back regular shoes. Great for superior ankle support. Expertly crafted by response gear.

This place is my to go always. Prices are good and even better on sale . No waiting here . Lots of parking.

Love the.big5 knife deals they have. Pick this beauty up just cuz. You know what I'm talking about. Always have to stop in when I'm driving by, for schnitz and gigs. Big 5 is the best, although their fishing 🎣 tackle section looks like it's been picked cleaned. Bummer on many levels 😕.
