Quail Meadows

We have been living in this park for about 5 months the house needs a ton of work. But the park is amazing, I really love it. It is quiet, all of my neighbors are nice even the sound of children playing outside is welcome. I look forward to getting the mobile finished so it actually feels like home so we can start on the yard.
All the negative complaints against management hasn't been true for us. Yes they have rules but I believe they will work with you on time if you need it.
You can find parks with cheaper rent I agree, but you know the rent before you purchase you can buy someplace else.
We would recommend this park to everyone!

New office staff and they are AMAZING!!! The homes here are beautiful and it doesn't have a mobile home Park feel. Probably because it's a manufactured home development! Some of the properties could use work but I think that will be taken care of soon!!! So happy here. It's quiet and peaceful and we love being here!!!!

The Manager and staff did a fantastic job of getting us into our new place as quickly and painlessly as possible. I am really thrilled to be moving into his property. The property is kept up really well and the staff is very kind and friendly.

It's very clean well-maintained. One of my very best friends lives there.the rest of the community there seems to be very friendly but not nosey. So overall I love it there.

Cute mobile home park 😍 easy to find house numbers. Just look at the map before entering.
