We have painted several mobile homes in Park Sierra and is consistantly clean, the residents are all very friendly, john and julie are always available to answer questions and to help us out. Will work with them anytime always a pleasure working with them...

Clean quiet and friendly Senior park. Security 24/7. Park owner very nice and, available on site.
Mail box area is clean, with book box library and, nice patio table and chairs to relax and visit with friends/ neighbors or, read quietly if you prefer. Love the location of this park! Right in the heart of Riverbank! Stores/ restaurants directly across and next door to park. If one does not drive, no problem here. Grocery stores, fast food, and drug stores are within walking distance. Very impressed with this park while visiting a friend.

My grandpa has lived in this park for over 10 years and could not be more happy living here. It is a small family owned park where the owners treat the residents like family. It is a very safe and quaint park that the owners maintain very well, And any problems that arise or quickly addressed and resolved. I’m blessed to have found this park and make this my grandpa’s forever home.

My first impression is that it's a nice, small park for over 55 residents. It's very clean and well maintained. The surrounding neighborhood is full of new shopping centers. I hope to be moving in very soon.

I was working in the park alot for about 2 months and the amazing environment is what stood out. Everyone in the park is so friendly always waving and coming to say hello. The park was incredibly clean, safe and spacious with many newly remodeled homes. The park being family owned is a huge plus because the owners are so friendly and helpfull I look forward to coming back soon!

I purchased a mobile home here at Park Sierra about a year ago and could not be happier with my decision to move here. The owners (family owned since the 70s) are wonderful and keep the park clean, well maintained, and safe for us >55 year olds!! We have also just gotten internet service from Ayera Technology that is great. If you are thinking of downsizing like I did, this is the place to look.
