I just had knee surgery.
Ran out of my pain pills.
Called yesterday to refill pain meds.
Nurse from my doctors office approved and said they were refilling it.
I called spoke to a floater pharmacist.
Til me to call back at 3 pm
I did, spoke with pharmacist ash said they would be ready at 5:00 pm today..
Now I called back at 5 and 6 and was told that it would not be ready until Thursday at 8 pm.

I’m trying to understand the incompetence of the pharmacist and the employees.

I’m all these years this is the first time I am truly disappointed.

I hope they treat their other customers better.

Horrible set up for covid vaccine shots,they didnt have the vaccines ready,their check in procedure is horrible,waited over an hour for my turn with appointment. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
