Today I had an appointment at Wells Fargo, Vintage Faire brunch. It was great!
However there was a problem with the banker I had appointment with and she couldn’t appear to help me, but the brunch manager, Martha Mataka, and the banker, Gabriela Gonzalez, managed the situation perfectly. Thanks to them!

Let me start by saying that my account was compromised, called the 800 number reported it
Now they ordered me a new debit card, they said I could walk in at any branch and get a temporary one until I get my new one I asked twice if it was ok they said yes no problem. I left work early to do this I get there and they tell me NO I need make an appointment they are busy and have no time so I got upset because that’s not what the guy on the phone said, they were willing to make an appointment for the next day so needless to say a gentleman by the name of Peter was already off but he came back to help me get my temporary card. Even after I was upset at him he went out of his way to help me. He even showed me how to add my info on wallet pay so I don’t need to be using my card. That is why Wells Fargo is the best bank. Excellent customer service.....even after I was upset...THANK YOU THANK YOU PETER FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE 😊😊😊

Busy location but it's like a lottery with customer service. Nothing beats wells fargo though so we find the nearest branch and get back to work.

To open a new account on appointment only and first open appointment 10 days after not aceptable they need to have more personal you are loosing new customer this way other bank it's easier to open a account
