Village Oak Veterinary Hospital

I've taken my animals to this vet for years- as a kid with my dad and our dogs and now with my kids and the dog we have now! It's always been a good experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to helping our pets stay healthy! We have our golden doodle on a puppy plan at the moment, and the price for the package was more than fair. And when I called in with a question about a vaccine side effect, the staff talked to the doctor and gave me info on that very call, then called me the next day to check in and make sure our pup was doing okay. Really glad this vet has been around so long, and we'll definitely continue using their services for all our beloved fur babies! Thanks Village Oak!

They've taken care both of our cats including kenneling when we had to travel for extended periods. The cat kennel is open to viewing and offers some "outside of cage" playtime with climbing platforms.

When our kitties reached the end of their lives, the staff was caring and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye.

VOVH is an awesome vet clinic. The front desk is very polite and accommodating. They have small blankets with calming pheromones to keep your pet calm while waiting to see the vet. The wait time is not very long if you have an appointment. You can call early in the morning to try and get a same day appt if needed. Dr. Pridmore is awesome. You can tell that she loves animals. She explains everything so that you can understand. They call to check up on your pet if they started a new med or had a procedure. Refills are easy, just call. Great place to keep your pet healthy.

Our Shepherd has been a patient here for 4 years. Veterinarians are knowledgeable, friendly and do not try to upsell like our previous vet for our Cat. The staff is friendly, helpful and makes you feel welcomed and valued. Our dog loves coming here- they give her treats and lay on the accolades.

I would highly recommend this place! They do it all! From vaccines to grooming and boarding. The staff is amazing!

Everyone here is so amazing. I started going here because they had a dermatologist. I have a bulldog and it seemed like we had tried everything to help but they figured out a plan and my dog is so much better. The dermatologist is no longer at this location but still work hand in hand. We now go there for everything else.. I have been to so many vets over the years with my animals this one is my favorite by far.

I had such a wonderful experience here! My dogs are like my children to me so it was so nice to have my little doggy being treated so well! Wonderful staff and veterinarians! Their facility is always spotless, and they go the extra mile for your beloved pets. For example, they have pheromone towels for cats to help them feel calm. It's those details that other vets miss.

Been going to this group since 1979. Always treated with respect and my dogs always well taken care of. All staff are friendly and courteous. Would recommend this vet care to anyone. Love my vet she cares about my dog as her own. My dog completely loves his vet. Think he would go with her in a minute. Dr. Lacy is caring and respects my dogs needs. She is a fantastic vet. Was recommended to go here from my daughter. Made appointment for my sick cat and they said they could see us the next day.

Arrived at the vet's office and was amazed how large and clean the office was. The staff was great and check in was an perfect. Short wait and they took us back. We were promptly visited by the veterinarian and she took great care of our cat. She took great time to explain everything and then even gave us her personal phone number if there was any further issues.

This is an A+ establishment and they have got a new customer for life.

We have been to this vet twice now with our new pup and the vet and the nurses are WONDERFUL. The receptionist at the front desk isn't as nice or social as the rest of the staff but she isn't rude either. She just doesn't seem her talkative which some may take as off putting. The vet was GREAT!!! She answered all 150 questions I had and made me feel like she genuinely cared for our new baby girl. I didn't feel rushed or like just a walking dollar sign while I was here. I feel the people that work here are very caring and 100% genuine. Some may say they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. So I am ABSOLUTELY okay with the prices here it worst it!

Lovely place. The staff and Drs are funny, caring, competent, and compassionate. And thank you, Tina, for texting me a picture of my chihuahua CoCo after her procedure! 💜🌞 They know what they're doing and go the extra mile to make you and your pets feel important. 🐶🐶 Love this place and would recommend it to anyone. The best. The staff is so caring, all of the doctors are wonderful. So happy the college vet staff moved here. These guys have helped us with 4 dogs with everything from ear infections to surgeries and referrals to specialists. Can't say enough great stuff about them.

They are warm and welcoming. There Vets are top notch Andrea Cannon Helped my American-English bulldog mix with her allergies have been bad for years and now she is under control and so happy. She took the time to explain why things where happening how we could treat it.. I am beyond thankful for finding them. I would recommend them to everyone with Pets

Look no further for the best animal compassion in the county and more. Whether for new puppy, loving maintenance, and end of life compassion, this doctors office is second to none. They did the absolute best for me and my soon to be sleeping friend of 15 years. My only regret is that I did not have my dearly beloved dog as a patient/friend of theirs sooner. One billion stars
