We were very happy with everything of our experience with RV Depot. Johnny was very honest and was a man of his word to fix the items that he saI'd he would fix before we took our newly purchased motorhome home. He was very kind and took the time to explain everything we asked him about as far as how things worked. We will recommend him toeveryone we know that's looking for an rv. Tyvm

Sketchy place. We love our trailer, but got it inspected elsewhere and we have problems. On top of that, our trailer was sold 3 times over and who knows how many more. Ripping off customers of deposit money. We paid cash, so I guess that is why we ended up with it. John promised to have it detailed inside and out, but the day we picked it up, he was not there, it was filthy and another couple was there to pick the same trailer up.

The trailer we purchased from these people is decent, but if you want customer service and honesty...you had better look elsewhere! Told us that this trailer came with a box of parts that were to replace some damaged items that were evident such as tail light lenses. We took his word for it of course. When we came back to pick up trailer, the unit was closed up and ready to go. He stated that the replacement parts along with the keys to the unit were inside it. Got it home...no box found upon opening it up and no keys to be found that were said to be in a drawer. Of course the guy does not respond to your calls. I guess I should have been more diligent in confirming what he had said. Anyway...ordered some new parts and had the key/lock mechanism replaced. Personally, I'd go back and pay him a visit, but was not worth the commute from Fresno to Modesto! :)

If I could give them a Zero I would. We drove from San Jose to Modesto, had a contract with John, left a deposit, returned the next week with the rest of the payment and he had sold our Trailer to someone else. I also texted in the morning to let him know we were coming and he replied "OK". This place is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The girls in the office spoke to him on the phone to see how to rectify the situation and they pretty much told us to get screwed!!! I am also reporting them to BBB and trying to let anyone else know of the horrible experience we had.BE WARNED.

These people are liars. John gave us his word but didn’t follow through. Promise everything works and will repair if we find anything not working. Been calling many times and John kept promising he would send someone and never did. His wife Samantha lied and said John doesn’t work there anymore. Shady people, would never purchase from RV Depot in Modesto again.

Won't purchase again from Rv Depot John can't keep his word on doing repairs he said he would. He keeps making excuses to avoid fixing my generator. He says he doesn't work there anymore and won't be responsible. I won't recommend anyone here
