Moran Estates Park

Very nice park with new equipment that was donated by La Loma neighborhood association and installed by looking val fire department. With a community garden a block down the street. A true community. And there are no homeless in the park as had been implied.

I grew up not far from this park and it is very nice. It has a nice playground and a walking trail or bike trail which ever you prefer to do.

My granddaughters love this park, it's so close to school. There are always a bunch of kids playing here it's clean and feels safe. Lots of sunny spots and grass some benches and shady spots. Best of all bathrooms are usually unlocked m-f and reasonably clean. ALTHOUGH, I would NEVER let any child any age unatternded in any city park bathroom.

Love this park for all but one thng. It has a playground suitable forbigand little kids. It is safe. Is really close to school. Has plenty of adeult seating without bringing your own chair.
But they always lock the bathrooms! Sure there are some homeless, but is extremely difficult to takeascho age child to the park without a bathroom!!!

Tall slides for big kids. Clean haven't seen Paraphernalia on the ground. No riff raff hanging around. No shade though on thr playground but around.
Speed bumps on main street. Nice community garden near.

We had my granddaughters birthday party there. It needs more picnic tables, we had to bring our own. It is very well maintained and a nice park to take your children.

The park is small enough that your kids are never out of sight, but the equipment is the quality you would expect from a larger park. It was a great time.

My sister took my nephew I met them there for a bit. My nephew is 5 yrs old but he made friends with teen aged kids there. They showed much respect. Will go there again

Quiet alot of the times. Sometimes you will see parties and bbq . Not much since covid- has been around. I like walking the block sitting in shade and playing tag with my kids here.

Very nice to walk around and further down there is a nice garden space to walk through.

Kids like the park and garden near by. Can't wait til they plant veggies next year
