Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

This bank has been improving overtime now they have like 3 employees at teller service and they are awesome very friendly, and surprisingly quick. I don't bank with them but just to cash checks and this is far the best BOA I have been imaging that.

The drive up atm was good. The parking lot & street were flooded though making it difficult to get to the ATM.

Pray that you never need to go inside, because you'll most likely be in for quite a wait if you want to speak with an actual person. On the plus side, the bankers themselves have been very professional and friendly from my experience. I would recommend trying to find a solution on their website since BofA has been computerizing things for years now.

Super long & slow lines during the social distancing. Guard outside did his job perfectly but why only two to three tellers open in this pandemic. Should open all tellers and work faster. They work as slow as snails. Pre-Pandemic never had a problem there even if long lines existed. Just not happy to have to wait so long in this kind of environment of scare to do a simple 123 task. Come on BOA get with it and hire more tellers. Speed it up!

BAD EXPERIENCE. I'm at this bank right now and only two cashiers are operating. The line is long and I have been here waiting for 30 minutes already. This is my first time at this bank. They need to hire more people

I keep seeing fb posts of people getting skimmed on bofa atms in Modesto’s and now it happened to me.

I only have 1 card which is for my edd while I was on baby leave i just recently went back to work ....while I was at work in tracy from 3am till 7pm somebody was able to withdraw $1000 from my account at the bank atm in modesto in oakmoor plaza which is mind-blowing due to the fact I was at work and my card was on me and there is only 1 card and that said atm only allowed me to withdraw 800 prior to this fraud happening now I'm left with 140 how in the hell was someone able to withdraw my money this is very disturbing and concerning I'm hoping I get my money reimbursed it's a $1000 which I was relying on to pay rent smh

By far the worst bank I've ever dealt with, super understaffed and rude employees, I can't recommend this dump any less.

Avoid going here at night. There is a homeless camp on the side of the building
