Copies In Color

These guys are absolutely fabulous. I have been with them for years and they print all the info material for our nursery in 4-color.
Today it's time to give them a shout out. After printing an emergency order with FEDEX printing, on which my information on the bottom was cut off, I submitted an order for 6 flyers to 'Copies In Color' on Friday.
I made a total mess of the file submission because I was rushing and left a brief email the next day.
Today, Tuesday, I had my printed flyers delivered from CA to Memphis. Simply amazing guys. Thanks, Thanks.

I have used them for 2 years for basic black & white copies (haven't needed color) They have saved my business a ton of money!! For the price, even if they had made a couple errors (which they haven't) I would continue to use them. My printing costs are a third of what they used to be - well worth it!

HACKED..! My account was hack and apparently there was a bad review posted under my name regarding copies in color apparently sometime last year..!
I have been using copies in color for over 8 years for everything from wedding invitations two lots of marketing and sales materials in full color! Regardless of the size of my order it is always completed with great quality and professionalism.! I apologize to the owner and his staff 4 the terrible review that was left under my name as I have never had anything derogatory to say against this fine company it was only brought to my attention today that such a review was stated under my name

After 8 days my order still hasn't been processed. Wondering if they will ever get to it?

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced.

They used to print packets for an annual event I put on. I uploaded the job to his website like I usually do. 25 copies of the game packet, 5 copies of the answer key. I received 5 copies of the game sheet and 25 copies fo the answer key.

No big deal, easy mistake to correct, right? I thought so. I called the owner and explained that he misprinted my order and could he please make it right.

Did he apologize and offer to reprint my missing game sheets? No. He accused me of giving him wrong information on his website. I was on the website at the time because I already thought exactly that...maybe I was wrong. But it was right there in front of me, I was correct and he misprinted. So I tell him, "I'm looking right at the order on your website and its correct."

Does he say "oops, my bad. I'll correct the mistake" (like any decent human being in business would?) No! He yells "I'LL SEND YOU YOUR MONEY BACK" and hangs up on me.

I'm really taken aback by this, but I understand everyone has a bad day and maybe this was his. I call him back and get his answering machine. I explain calmly that I would much rather he just simply send me the missing copies instead. We still had a week and a half till our event and there was plenty of time for him to print and ship them out to me. He picks up the phone and now screams "I DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU ANYMORE!!!" and hangs up AGAIN!

How this guy remains in business with this attitude is beyond me. He offers the cheapest price around and believe me...you get what you pay for!

They were good in the past, but not now. Did not return call, would not check to see if they got the order. Made a long drive to pick up flyers but nothing there, said never received order, said emailed me but never got any e mail. Service has gone way downhill. Not worth the savings. Going elsewhere.

I have placed 2 orders with this business. They botched it both times. In an attempt at recompense, the company did my print job again. And again, got it wrong. They got upset because of the negative review that I left for my first and second experiences on Yelp. Well, here's another. They managed to mess that up as well. They also figured out the hard way to print my manual with PDF markups but this time it was printed on 20# paper (I paid for 24#) and neglected to 3 hole punch it (which I also paid extra for). They were upset that I called their employee an ignoramus. That was the nicest word I could come up with - what else do you call someone with a big mouth and a bad attitude who thinks they have to "pdf it again" in order to print a PDF with markups?!

Not only that, they blamed me for their ignorance - they said I didn't upload the document properly when I did exactly as I was instructed by the very first employee who marred the first order. And if the upload was an issue, someone of average intelligence and good communication skills would've requested that the document be uploaded again before wasting 825 (more) sheets of paper. Let me school you CIC - search YouTube if you need a visual - on the right side of the print screen under Comments & Forms there's a drop down box. Guess what option you should choose? Hint : it says Document and Markups. You can rally every customer you can think of and write your own fake reviews to up your ratings on sites. Your time would be better spent perfecting your craft and learning how to provide the best customer service. Customer service is not as much about the work you do as it is about how you handle issues when they arise (that was free of charge). I will be "taking my business elsewhere" (along with my thousands of colleagues). And every time someone asks me about my manuals I refer them to Best Value Copy.
