Brought slurpee and was charged for cookies that I did not want to buy. Guy threw cookies with my slurpee and said here try them after charging me for them without consent. Horrible scamming technique. If corporate would like to call for further information please reach out. Very unprofessional! Anything for a dollar or two profit I guess?

I would leave negative stars if I could. When I heard they're opening a 7-Eleven on my side of my town I was excited. Unfortunately the management and service is lacking to say the least. The refrigerators are always empty and their food looks like it's been sitting for a week. I went in to buy a quick hot food snack on my lunch break and the pizza was burnt and looked old. The cashier refused to make me another. I also asked for the restroom and there was no toilet paper. I asked the employee if they have some and he rudely told me to use napkins. I've never seen a worse, mismanaged business in my life. The location is brand new but it's ran like a run down store with no funds or management.

The store is new but that's where everything ends, Every single coffee machine was down,no creamers. This has got to be the most embarrassing 711 ever. How does 711 let Someone so under qualified operate a store.

I work right across the street and I choose to drive elsewhere. My first time here was good, so I went back. The next three time were so unprofessional, if I could help it, I’m never going back.

Went there I was gonna purchase lottery tickets with my debit card and cashier wanted me to purchase something from store. Awful customer service

No restroom facilities. Is this a new requirement with the 7-Eleven franchise?
