Davis Community Park

This is a large park with a little something for everyone. Their is hills for a bit more of a challenge on your walk, or a good spot for the kids to roll down. Their is a beautiful picnic area, and walking paths throughout the park. Great for any runners, kids, or dog walkers.

Beautiful park, well cared for. Expansive grounds with areas for picnicking, children's play equipment, and trails for hiking. Modesto has many beautiful parks. This is one of the best.

I was there at a celebration of life for a good close friend of mine and although the occasion was not one and is not one any of us want to happen or want to ever attend the atmosphere at the park was peacefully accommodating and was perfect for what we needed . There were other events going on around ours and despite the many different ethnic backgrounds there were no problems or incidents with any of the other groups that were there and the park was packed. In fact , a female attendee from a group next to ours came over and gave her regards to all of us for our loss and that was awesome of her to do that . I definitely recommend Davis Park for any type of event.

Beautiful park, the BBQs and picnic area were great for our event. Great playground, lots of grass. Restrooms were open, but a bit flooded out due to the rain the previous night, but a great park, all in all.

It was nice and clean. A lot.of locals come here to bring the kids. Park isnt filled with homless, at least for now. Kids had a blast and a lot of space to run around

Lots of Trees and nice outdoor spaces. People with their kids and pets.

This is a beautiful place,so spacious and my dog loves to run up and down the hills on the always manicured grass.thanks modesto for this wonderful oasis.

Beautiful park. The cork trees that Modesto is known are beyond large. They are soft to touch.

This is actually a very nice park. It's located right next to Davis High School. There is a church right across the street from this park. There are always alot of community happenings at this park such as soccer sign ups, picture days and practices ( for some teams). Softball also does this stuff here. Sometimes the high school kids do activities here. There are NOT alot of homeless people or weird people that hang around this park, that I have noticed. My daughter is too big for park playgrounds anymore. But, she loves to play catch with her dad. It's nice to see them enjoy an activity together. We've had a few little quick trip picnics with our daughter at this park and have gotten some pictures taken of her here when she use to play sports. It is a very spacious park. Alot can be happening at once here. So, overall it's a very nice park and it's well taken care of with lots of shade.

Very nice and beautiful park in the area .

The park is really nice, well kept, seemed safe... But as I left a few groups stared at me and gave me mean looks. Not sure why as I smiled at them all, and the park itself can't control who goes to their parks. But just beware of your surroundings; not sure if it's this new world we're living in or maybe I looked like a person they should hate...

Great park but they need better water fountains.

This park was perfect for Easter Sunday, big enough for large groups. What we enjoyed the most about this park is the shade. Beautiful parks with lots of trees.

Beautiful park. Picnic benches. Ball park. Parking lot. Horse shoe pit. Bathrooms. A bit hilly and people don't pick up after their dogs so watch your step. But otherwise a wonderful park.

This is still my favorite park for the last 30 +years and it always has what I want. Reserve the upper deck partyvarea for any event. Baseball, tennis courts, and endless rolling green grass hills. This place offers peace and peace of mind. God given it always welcomes me home.

This park is really big with rolling hills it has everything your typical park has. It also has a really nice baseball diamond for the local leagues to play. The bathrooms are large & usually OPEN.
