DXL Big + Tall

I have never felt so waited on without feeling like they were watching over my shoulder. Mario was awesome, helped me find nice pair of shorts and a shirt. Definitely coming back, hopefully all your crew are as good as that dude.

Every time I shop the Modesto location, the staff greets me and always helpful and informed. It's a pleasure to shop in a friendly environment.

I love this store. I'm tall just not big. but still a great place to go for gifts and those in between guys

Went to DXL after receiving no eknowlegement at Men's Warehouse from 3 salesmen, I looked around for 20 minutes, still no one approach me for assistance.
I walked into the Modesto DXL, I was greeted before the entrance door closed behind me. Cody ask what he could do for me. I needed a sports jacket for my grandsons wedding. Within 25 minutes he set me up with a jacket, tie, suspenders, shoes, and shoe stretchers. And the name of an outstanding person to do alterations. I will be returning to DXL more often.
I'd say I'm greatly satisfied!

I lost a lot a weight recently and I was still able to find shirts that fit. Cody was great assistance with ordering a shirt I liked in my size. Great service every time I go in.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience in the Modesto store. The sales associates were very kind and thorough. They assisted us with our needs and directed us to items they thought may have been of interest to us. We found what my husband needed and they ordered an item for us that they did not have in his size in the store. Keep up the good work guys!

This place is great. Walked in, was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help. I responded yes, I do need help. I am not a big shopper or suit type of person but need to wear something nice for Saturday. Navy blue theme I said. In 5 mins he got a few measurements, found me some nice slacks, shirt and rang me up. Modesto, Ca DXL store is awesome.

Customer service is A1. The clothes are good. It would be nice if you sold pants that stretch at the waist like Wrangler's at Walmart or 511 at Crescent tool store in Modesto.

My experience was excellent the moment i walked through the door. I was greeted by Josh Duffy who is the epitome of customer service. He provided me with a great selection and opinion of what would look best for my father daughter dance. My daughter loved it, his advice was spot on. Ask for Josh, you wont be disappointed.

I brought in a couple of shirts to exchange for a smaller sizes that I received as gifts.
Mario was very virtuous and helpful. I brought in 5xl and wanted to exchange for 4xl. Mario asked if I wanted big or tall(not sure those were his exact words) I told him I’m not sure let’s go with 4x tall. He could tell by looking at me that tall would be too long so he brought over both sizes and sure enough I didn’t need the tall. He was very professional and curtious and save me a return trip. Thanks again Mario.

Jonathan was extremely helpful. He did a very good job in assisting us with finding a style, with sizing and with recommendations. I would highly recommend this store to anyone interested in big sized clothing. Awesome customer service!
