Mattress Land Sleep Fit

Mattress Land is an exceptional company with great products! The manager, Ryan, has been with the company for 16 years, I believe he said. My fiance and I shopped for and purchased our king-size mattress over the President's Day sale. We had decided to shop there because about 15 years ago, before my she and I had met, Ryan helped her with an exchange after she had purchased a king mattress and was unable to keep it (long story short), he was able to get her a Queen size mattress without hassle. She still has the same one today and it's still in great shape.

David greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. After I explained the type of mattress I was looking for, he asked me a few questions to help narrow my choices down. He was very patient in answering my questions and extremely courteous and polite. He listened to me and I appreciate that very much. He didn’t pressure me or try to sell me anything outside of my budget. He genuinely wanted me to be happy and satisfied with my purchase. I will be back again the next time one of our beds needs to be replaced! Outstanding customer service!

Ryan, who is the manager at Mattress Land in Spokane Valley, was extremely helpful. We asked LOTS of questions. He either knew the answer or would take the time to find it for us. His recommendation for the best mattress and adjustable frame to fit our needs was especially helpful. We also love the sheets he showed us!

Not only was there no pressure, but Ryan gave us the best deal he could find. He was kind and attentive. We looked at another mattress store, but Ryan won us over!

And a special nod to Joe and Devon who delivered everything. They set it up, hauled off our old mattress and box spring and took apart our old bedframe. They helped us take the old frame to the garage. We got a call ahead of time. Joe and Devon were very nice, humorous, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable.

In our search for the right mattress, my wife and I came back to Mattress Land Sleep Fit, not because they had the mattress we were looking for (just about everyone has Purple and the same deals), but the customer service provided by Ryan M. was professional, courteous, informative and as important to as anyone, he wasn’t pushy or forceful in trying “make the sale”. We recommend this store as one of your stops when looking for a mattress, pillows or other bedding. Try the sleep fit machine, it was accurate for both my wife and I.

Store manager Ryan worked with me to find the closest match to a previous mattress they used to sell, patiently answered my very many questions and shared photos to make my choices easier. The store took my purchase over the phone and the delivery staff were great. 👍🏼

Dave was awesome! I needed a box spring fast. He was friendly, let me know all the prices up front/what time I needed to get an order in for next day delivery. This store was the ONLY place (I called 15) that had what I wanted in stock and could deliver in 24 hours. I really appreciate the small delivery time frame as well. All and all a great experience and I didn't even need to walk in the door.

Mattress Land had the best prices. We’ve purchased 2 beds from them. Very friendly service and delivered as promised. I’d recommend this company to anyone.

My husband and I walked into the Spikane Valley store with no intention on buying but after talking with David he had us sold on a new "BedGear" mattress and pillows! He was so helpful and knowledgeable,
after taking a few measurements we were back at the store to purchase, David wasn't in but his manager Rick helped us finalize the sale who also was very helpful and knowledgeable. I know this review is kind of long but the guys at that store deserve a great review! The whole experience was over 5stars and a huge 👍

We knew we wanted a Tempurpedic adjustable mattress. When we went into the Mattress Land by Fred Meyer to see all that Tempurpedic had to offer, we were very impressed with the help that we received from Ryan. He was very patient while we tried out different mattresses and asked him questions. When we decided on the mattresses we wanted, the buying process was very straightforward and easy. I was a little anxious about the delivery because I really wanted everything to go smoothly. However, I had nothing to worry about as their delivery drivers were awesome! They were so friendly and professional, and the setup was flawless. To make it even better, we LOVE our new mattresses and pillows! Thank you!

David Thomas was a terrific Sleep Adviser -- he was patient and made sure we understood all the differences in the various models. After our first trip, we came back and were happy we did.

Ryan really helped me and my wife get the perfect mattress. We came in not having a clue or direction and he got us going in the right direction right away.

After trying a few different brands and firmness's we got into a really nice purple and we were so impressed ended up getting new sheets and pillows too. Ryan at no point pressured us into anything but was there to answer all our questions for the different models. Super impressed with the customer service and product knowledge from Ryan and we will be back the next time we need anything.

Ryan is great at his job! We went in a few times and every time he was very helpful and patient with us. The environment of the store is laid back and has lots of inventory. Ryan also gave us a great deal in price matching and obviously wanted us to be very happy with our purchase. Excited about our new mattress and very glad to have worked with Ryan.

My husband and I needed a new queen foundation at the last minute on a Saturday night. We received great customer service and they had the product in stock!

We were looking for a reasonably priced first-big-kid bed for our toddler, one that wasn't going to cost over $1k. A lot of the other furniture stores in town had beds that were too expensive, but Mattress Land had exactly what we needed.

When I explained what I wanted staff helped me decide on a few options, talked through pros/cons of each, then set us up with a very quick delivery. We're really happy with the bed we bought, and it's well made so it should last us several years.
