The self scan counter is AMAZING! So nice to be able to drop off and go, no waiting in line! Also, I JUST referred someone to The UPS Store for packing a large item, I brought in a giant piggy bank to have packaged then used my own shipping label at home. Saved me so much time, I highly recommend The UPS STORE for packing large and difficult to package items!

I worked with Izzy on some printing projects for my mom's funeral service. He was professional, patient, kind and very talented. He was attentive and responsive to my program change request. He made this difficult time less tramatic. Izzy is a true asset to UPS.

Always helpful, always happy, always smiling! They make every visit effortless for me, which is nice, because I'm handicapped. Will recommend and give a 10/10 every time!

I have gone to this specific location several times to process Amazon returns. Even if there is a small wait the line moves fast. The staff is always fast, efficient and returns are always hassle free here. I highly recommend this location.

I have always had a great experience with UPS. I also like how UPS is reliable in making sure my packages gets to the correct address! I also like the AAA & AARP discounts, even though they are not huge, it’s still a plus!

I have used the UPS store several times and had a great experience each time. I had always thought that they were a big corporate type of store which service could be suspect but it isn't the case at all! I actually me the owner, Richard, who is a local guy which made me happy. Anyway it is ran like like the owner is involved which is a good thing. I have had them make a few things for me and it is really nice that they have a design team because otherwise I would be totally lost! The turn around on my biz cards was really fast especially considering I didn't send them a PDF and their team had to design the card! Thanks again!

Ur rep today was a gift. I'm a senior with limited cell skills. Ur rep was so patient with me as if I was her grandma, n understood completely my frustration of my smart phone.

Fantastic customer service!! My Amazon return was listed as not returned, and I was a dork and hadn't kept my return receipt! Richard, the UPS store owner, went above and beyond in time, researching, and advising me how to resolve the issue, which was indeed resolved! I was not charged for my items and I will use this location for my shipping needs in the future (and hold onto my receipts!)

My wife and I had to pick up a UPS package there recently and it was our first time in the store. The store was neat and orderly and they have a convenient location on Sullivan. We didn't catch any of staff's names but they all seemed friendly and professional. If something ever comes up requiring shipping, etc. we would certainly give them the job.
