Great place! Hung out here for literal hours once, got to see day to day operations and the familial relationship between the employees. They greeted everyone with a smile without hesitation.

This is my son's HAPPY place, every time we come in the staff is very kind and helpful. There is dividers at the checkout counter, be mask ready. Everything is properly put together due to state regulations because of the risk of COVID-19. This is a place where children touch everything, so they have a helpful hand sanitizer dispenser. Which is nice as well as convenient, because I have a little one that does touch everything. It's a cool little store, I give it 5 stars because they have brand new games, & used games. It fits every budget, quick stop shop to make the kid happy!

Employees are super nice and helpful. Got me what I needed quickly and helped me by suggesting a good hard case for my Switch. I feel like the price I paid was fair and I will definitely return again.

This location is an anomaly as it has helpful staff and is clean and well stocked. This is something not all Gamestops have as most have annoying pushy sales they try to shove at you. Most don't even ask and add promotional junk to your purchases. This location is a good one.

The assistant store lead and I believe the manager were both great. Answered any questions I had in a timely manner and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. Would recommend this one

A nice selection and helpful staff make it easy to recommend. I purchased a pre owned NBA 2K21 for PS4 and from the looks of it I could have mistaken it for brand new, keep up the good work.

Phenomenal service and expert advice. Couldn't ask for a better team. I have really bad anxiety and they let me take my time and didn't make me feel like I was a burden as I paced all over the store.

Cool game consoles and controllers. Neat new games and gadgets, They will buy old games and Xbox playstation etc but low value really though it's something

Great Staff, Organized. Let me just say I went here on Black Friday and probably only three employees were working, they handled it amazing. They had that line moving.

Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Even had papers printed out with game release dates. Always energetic. First stop to buy games and accessories. If they don't have what I need (which isn't often) I'll look elsewhere if I'm being impatient. =)

This is the best go-to store for all of your gaming needs and then some. You can find whatever it is that you are seeking, either new or used. I found things that I didn't even know existed! My family has a various, wide array of tastes and all different consoles and here I was able to find everything I needed all in one place; they did have to call another store for me for a certain item and hold it for me, which they did, essentially saving Christmas for me! It was epic. Thanks to everyone on this crazy day who helped lead me in the right direction! This is such a great place for the gamer!

always have had a good experience going to this game stop in particular. great staff with a happy attitude. as for the other review about not being able to return a new game, it's not their fault. there's a copyright law against returning games for cash value (pirating making illegal copies etc.)

The people at GameStop are always in the know about what's new and what's popular and if you have an issue or a question most of the time they can answer it I would recommend the location at Spokane Valley
