I’ve banked with Citibank for many years in Ceres until it closed and then Oakdale Rd location where one of my tellers from Ceres location transferred to. She has been promoted to a manager position and still the same helpful person as she always has been and so is rest of employees at this branch. Always a pleasant experience! Citibank has been helpful and supportive throughout the years and I wouldn’t want to bank anywhere else!

Soooo honestly this is one of the worst banks I have to deposit for my employees at. Thankfully I don't have an account with them. Horrible customer service. They socialize with people instead of getting through the 15-20 customers they have in line. Then with other people they give some nasty looks. AND the teller is talking badly about one of the customers that left due to their horrible customer service... WOW, I would give 0 stars... that should be an option...

I been to 6 citi banks Modesto and Bay Area they always take for ever I don't have a time to be wating they close at 5 and I get off at 7pm they take there turn for everything not a good bank I need to switch to boa again
