I'm am soo sorry to people that lost their pets or got extra costs, but i had a wonderful experience. They people there were helpful and understanding. I brought my 2yr old cat to be spayed and got it at a resemble price. She recovered quickly and safely.

I took my 4mth old cat in to be spayed. There has been no complications with the actual procedure itself, but I found the staff to be unsimpathetic. I brought my kitten in a box and the drop off went without a hitch. It was when I came to pick him up that they charged me an additional $10 transfer fee because he wasn't in a hard shell kenel. They never once told me when I made the appointment that he needed to be in a hard shell kennel and when I dropped him of they didn't say anything to me. When they "talked" to the office manager this person stated it is on their website (which I still have not found) and it was posted in the lobby so they had to charge me the fee. Really people...it is posted in the lobby in a lighter print that I saw once they pointed it out to me. When you walk into a lobby that is about a 15'x20' room with 8-10 other people and all their cats the last thing you are going to see is a light print sign. Also the prices aren't the most accurate. They charge $40 for a male cat over the weight of 4lbs. Do your research before you decide to go here.

Very hard to get ahold of somebody no response after 5 days

They don't answer the phone. We need help! Neighbor abandoned a cat and they're multiplying!
