Applebee's Grill + Bar

The food was great. The wait wasn't too long for being so busy. Our server Adam is the best!! He always gets our order right. He serves with a sense of urgency and is super friendly even when it's crazy busy.

This is a nice Applebee’s with good service. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into this Applebee’s and was told I had a ten minute wait, so I waited in the seated waiting area by the host. After ten minutes he sat me at my table. While I was reading the menu, two servers accidentally brought food to me instead of a different table. I ordered a lemonade with no ice, which tasted good, and the battered shrimp with a side of buffalo sauce. However, the restaurant was out of shrimp, so I got the fish and chips instead, which comes with french fries. The fish tasted good and the fries tasted good too, both exceeding my expectations. The buffalo sauce made a nice addition to the meal as it was a tasty dipping sauce for both the fish and french fries. The service I received by the waitress helping me was outstanding, as she was nice and professional. When two servers brought me food for someone else, she showed up and directed them to the right table. As I was sitting down and the two other servers were bringing someone food, she pointed out to them that someone’s food had something they couldn’t have, so they had to send it back to the kitchen. This was impressive because she managed to be a great waitress while watching over other people as well to make sure they completed their orders correctly. I gave this Applebee’s five stars because it has good food and I received great service from here. There’s also a beautiful fountain in front of the restaurant.

Waiter was very nice and attentive. Food was perfectly cooked and hot. Very happy with the overall experience. Definitely going back to this location (Akers/198).

Food was fresh, fast and hot to our table. Besides our meals being delicious I have to say that Gloria has to be the BEST server we've experienced in a long time.

Great service, both bar tenders (Javier and quite don’t remember the name of the other bar gerber but nice person) very friendly and attentive. Good was delicious, I ordered the all you can eat for $15, I really liked the riblets and I’m not a rib person but these were delicious, fresh and perfect temperature. Had 2 of their smooch drinks ($6 each) very delicious. I came from the other Applebees in Visalia (3400 S Mooney Blvd Visalia Ca), this other Applebees had horrible rude service from the bar tender and the manager.

Great atmosphere, friendly attentive staff, food is outstanding. This is a small out-of-the-way place that I never would have stopped at had a friend not taken me there. The food/drink quality can stand up to any fine Bay Area restaurant.

We ordered the 2 for $27 dinners and so glad we did! Everything was AWESOME! Food was fresh, fast and hot to our table. Besides our meals being delicious I have to say that Gloria has to be the BEST server we've experienced in a long time, maybe EVER! She did everything she could to make sure we the best dinner experience possible! She was attentive, smart, quick, polite, happy, friendly and genuinely cared about every person at every table she was attending. She was a joy and really made our evening special!
For a great dining experience, I'd certainly recommend this particular Applebee's and ask the host to seat you and your party in Gloria's section!
(FYI we just tonight met this young lady, we're not relatives or friends, so it's not like that) Today when customer service is a thing of the past, this lady just stands out!!!

Great service and super friendly. I know when its super busy, the staff gets a little overwhelmed. Was still very attentive. Good drinks.

Carside is the best! Perfect Crispy Oriental Chicken Salads. Spinach, Artichoke dip with chips... So good! The waitress working carside is wonderful! Thank you!

The bourbon Street chicken was delicious, it was more than enough very filling. Our waitress provided excellent service.

Weekend fix at Applebees is a win. $1 drinks not related to happy hour, just ask! The staff is always there to make sure you are on track with the drink and food! I always enjoy coming here for their 1/2 off apps! The atmosphere here is chill... 💖🍹💖

Dude!! Dashiki was the best server!! Also have to say this place made me realize there really are good people out there still. I flew out from NY to visit my family as I grew here in the valley in Coalinga. We left after a wonderful meal to head back to Fresno and got about 10 min down 198 then I realized I forgot my phone, we called and they said it was found in the bathroom! Thank you to the person that found it and turned it in! 🤘🏼💚✌🏼😊

The guy with the mohawk is real quick with the orders. It was busy and he just kept the orders coming. Great customer service.

Good neighborhood restaurant with a friendly staff. Lots of TV screens make it a good place for dinner while watching Monday Night Football.

Very friendly and efficient staff, the food was excellent and I only waited 15 min. to get in, on a Friday night.

Comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Excellent table service from an outgoing, energetic, capable server.
Busy night due to local school graduations with subsequent celebratory meals. But food was served promptly and with very good quality level.
