Lowe’s has the best customer service. I love this store. I just purchased a storage cabinet which was very easy to assemble. The first one came with a broken piece, but I returned it and later purchased another one. The cabinet is made in the USA.

I wanted to take the time to express my graditude towards Gabby in the flooring department.

She went above and beyond and i can honestly say she provided the best customer service i have ever had. She explained the different flooring options,what they required, and calculated the cost WHILE also doing this in spanish for my father. I can see why she was given the supervisor tittle. I am very grateful for her patience and her support during this stressful process.

Needless to say,this is why i shop at lowes instead of home depot!

Lowe's Home Improvement, Our 🎄Christmas Tree 2022 my granddaughter had picked it this year & we had got it on December the 14th 2022 there was only 4 or 5 trees left that day & we got so very lucky! After my experience with Anthony at the store on Demaree we thought we'd try our luck at the store on Mooney....and what a difference that was! Allison was great, on just her 2nd day on the job she helped get us what we needed with a smile. She knew what she was talking about and was apologetic for the service recieved at the other store. IT'S ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AS A, HOME OWNER. LOWE'S USUALLY HAS THE 'FINISHING TOUCHES' TO MOST OF MY PROJECTS. THE SERVICE IS AVERAGE, AND THE SELECTION IS HUGE. I CAN USUALLY FIND EXACTLY WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR AT, "LOWE'S."

My experience at these stores are usually the same with barely any help from the workers but this time I was fortunate enough to come across one of the kindest workers I’ve ever encountered in Abdul. He took his time to explain in detail the various products we were looking at and kept coming back to see if we needed more help. Abdul is a prime example of what excellent customer service should look like. Not to mention he was more than willing to forgo his lunch to help us out further. You guys need more Abduls!

Hello, I just visited the Lowe’s hardware store in Visalia CA, on Mooney Blvd. I visited the store around 12 noon, on Saturday December 10th.
During my visit I came across two wonderful employees. The reason I am writing this review is because I believe these two men deserve to be recognized at their place of work, because many stores today do not have quality customer service.

The first man that helped me was John, he was working in the tools department. He helped me find the right tool box I was looking for, and other items as well. He was very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! He made sure my tool box from the floor was in good condition. He also directed me to the holiday tools special deal section, to look for more items to make my Christmas shopping gifts special. He really cared about my shopping experience.

The second man who helped me was Keith. Keith found me in the holiday tool specials area. He was also extremely kind, friendly, and helpful! He had a great sense of humor and a genuine personality. He helped me carry some items and load them into my vehicle as well. He put in the extra effort to help me and I really appreciate that. He also really cared about my experience!

I was pleasantly surprised with both of these men. Having one good employee is a shock today in certain stores, but to find two great guys at one store is amazing! Thank you to both John and Keith for their help today to make my Lowe’s experience the best it could be. Please recognize both of these men for their outstanding customer service!

Im a Lowes guy... The way they treat Veterans is what got me to a be a loyal customer from veteran parking to discounts and they clearly let you know they hire vets because of there camo type vest. They are great!

The phone number return policy is not really working and I was kind of upset about that that's the only thing besides that Lowe's is a good store Friendly people good customer service all around a good place to be

Lowe’s has the best bathroom it’s the best for taking a fat log and it doesn’t clog! Amazing toilets! Big sinks to empty your blatter in and it smells good.
