Macy's

I've visited a few times and its a nice store. Everyone is pretty helpful. There is a large selection of clothing for everyone. A really nice perfume section which always smells nice. There is a wide selection of just about everything that you would need for your household and perhaps gifts for every occasion. Prices are fair on some things as in comparison to some other high end stores.

This place is out in the middle of nowhere but the food is always perfect. We drive an hour to get there even though there are 50 restaurants closer. Again wish I had taken a pic. Their building looks like it is out of the old West. Would strongly recommend. Always great food, great service and great atmosphere.

Bought a new lipstick. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Its hard for me to get the shade right, they made it easy! Thank you

Very nice, clean, lots of merchandise. Not too expensive but expect to spend $100 to $200 on a nice outfit, of course you can save on sale items at greatly reduced prices. I'll shop there again

Ashley at the Benefit Brow Bar is AMAZING. Super personable yet extremely professional. She explains everything she's doing and is very gentle. HIGHLY recommend!

My favorite store in Visalia mall. It's always clean and their customer service is great.

I really enjoy the upstairs backroom but damn the smell and taste of the perfume hits you like a wall when you enter! Lol

I have to have my Nautica pantz and cologne I usually don't like going shopping but here I have to step in to see the new colognes and fresh gear

Although this Macy's does not have a lot of variety, but I still manage to find stuff that I need and the staff is always wonderful. The staff at Fragrance especially Channi is great

Went in and got free cologne samples. Got to share the gospel and bought me some sneaker cleaner in the shoe section. I met a beautiful creation of Gods there a sales associate who sold me two for ten and we shared the word and how God gives us the greatest gifts in life. Free !! Happiness peace joy forgiveness love and grace. Thank God. . God is great thank you M.

Went back yesterday, clean store and helpful salesgirl in appliances. I'm ready to shop there More.😀

Esmeralda helped me handle an unprofessional situation that happened at 2:30 ish today by a Macys worker in the mattress department. I’ve been shopping at Macys for years because of people like Esmeralda who actually care and empathize with their customers. If I could give her ten starts I most certainly would.

Easy access parking. Friendly service. Great sales

Virgil in the men’s department is a super star! He was very kind and patient with my husband and I today. Definitely the best customer service. I know day after Christmas is always busy but that didn’t stop him from going above and beyond for us. Thank you.
