Red Lobster

We were going to give a lower rate for service because when we got our table he forgot about us left right away so I couldn’t get his name he even forgot to ask if we needed anything to drink…. 25 minutes later I flagged a gentleman and asked him if we could get someone to help us , later the nicest lady Alex ( Alejandra) came to our table and apologized and made everything better for us she went well and above great service and also we got to meet the nice manager she came to our table to apologize and to make sure we were well taken care off , very professional. This two lovely ladies made everything worth our trip for our endless Shrimp dinner which we highly recommend.

Took my son out for a special birthday dinner and the food was amazing and our server, Sunshine, was a ray of sunshine! She gave us the best service that I've seen in a long time. She was helpful, friendly and quick to meet our needs. Great food and great service. We couldn't have asked for a better dinner experience.

We had an excellent waiter and I ordered the Ultimate Shrimp with baked potato topped with lobster. The shrimp was all you can eat and every dish was outstanding, there were 7 different styles of shrimp to choose from.

With the new Fast Food prices, Red Lobster has become their new competition, unfortunately for them. Who is going to buy a Big Mac for $18 when you can have a quality Seafood dinner for less???

Sumptuous food at a very decent price. The endless shrimps was a blast with a lot of dishes to choose from. Thank you to our server Alex for the great service experience.

Excellent service from front door, to the tableside!
We were immediately accommodated and introduced to our waiter, Bryce J.
Bryce is the definition of an attentive, and customer service oriented gentleman.
He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and made excellent recommendations for both food and drinks. He was continously attentive throughout our stay, and we have nothing but excellent things to say about him.

The food, like our waiter, was excellent. We ordered the Surf n’ Turf which was cooked exactly to our liking. Our alcoholic drinks were strong, and included and additional side of liquor.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Red Lobster, Late Saturday night 10pm me & my daughter had came here because she was craving their famous cheddar biscuits & the rest was history! We got the Ultimate Feast & it was Ultimately Awesome!!! Because there was so much good food & plenty to share from for two people or even three if you order some appitzers on the side & again the (biscuits) all you can eat & our server she was so awesome & she was always making sure everything was good & ok with us even if it was so late before closing time. Thank You to all of the staff members & our server for a great Saturday Night! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s & 💯%+ 😎👍 Great Job!!!

Celebrated Moms 75th Birthday..Awesome servers...delicious surf n turf 😃

Went to have dinner for my brother in laws birthday and glad we made that decision.
We had an Ultimate Feast and the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer. I also ordered the fish and chips that I forgot to take a picture of but trust me it was delicious.
Thus is one reason Red Lobster is everyone's family favorite.

Dougie made our whole experience the best we've had in a while! He was on top of everything. Our drinks were never empty, and the bread basket was always full. He was friendly and attentive. Super polite & compared to our last visit... Dougie made it an amazing dinner! The food was actually very good. We ordered 4 entrees. The restaurant was busy, especially for lent, but our wait was only 25 min our less.

Kat our waitress is the best. After the Western district women's conference we, a big bunch of us ate here. Food was so good.

Love the Daily Special Monday-Friday. Great value. We enjoyed lobster tail and shrimp scampi for $24.00 per person. Nice atmosphere. Wish the Visalia restaurant had a larger bar area. Easy parking & good service.

The atmosphere is good, they need to put more into the service because for a few months they did not serve us. and we had to leave it was an unpleasant experience because we really like the food anyway thank you for your services

We went back for my bday Alejandra was a great server made my day.

Allejandra was absolutely wonderful. She was always on top of refills, even though our party was pretty large. She always asked if our food was good, and was laughing and making jokes with the table. She is amazing. The food tasted amazing and was extremely filling. Prices are a little high but I honestly don’t mind. We had an amazing time and I’m absolutely coming back.

Always a good time! Felt very normal, and not spoiled by covid, and all the restrictions. Really enjoyed our dinner, everything was prepared perfectly, and showed up at the perfect time, allowing for a great experience.

I had the Cesar salad and Shrimp cocktail with a baked potato.
My sister had the never ending shrimp.
Our drinks 🍷 were delicious.

Beautifully cooked lobster tail and shrimp. This was only my second time eating at Red Lobster, and boy, did I enjoy it! I highly recommend the Visalia Mooney restaurant. Great atmosphere, clean restaurant, hot food, great staff, delicious food!
I love seeing the live lobster as you walk in.
The parking lot is discreet and near the back so you aren’t parking near the main road. Very nice location.
I will definitely be coming back!
Such a great experience overall.
If you haven’t tried their peach tea with a side of coconut shrimp, you’re missing out on one of the most delightful combinations. 🤤
My s.o. was a bit hesitant, as was I, but we did not regret this experience one single bit. Best Red Lobster I’ve been to!
