Att @ Akers and 198, WOW! What great service. Truly made me feel like royalty. The team members all worked together well to make sure every customer in the store was taken care of with full respect. If you have another provider and don’t feel important , i recommend ATT and this will always be a location of my choice. Give them a visit. Best wishes

Andrea was amazing today. She transferred all the info to my new phone for me. Really helps to build customer loyalty! It took awhile as the phones were not compatible but she cheerfully persevered. Customer service is unexpected in today's world but this location strives to take care of their people. Thanks again, much appreciated

I went to the cypress location to pay my bill . I didn’t have to wait and the store rep Alex was very helpful and very pleasant! I’m glad I chose AT&T

Great employees who help you get your problems solved.

Just upgraded an iPhone this morning (10-11-2021, 11am) and the service was great. The lady that helped me was very knowledgable about the phone, accessories, billing, insurance, and discounts available. Store was adequately staffed; got help started right away. Store is well organized. On or above brand experience unlike the Mooney location. Additionally, the associate was maybe the best in the many iPhone purchases I’ve made over the years across multiple locations. Thanks! :)

Call Customer Care if you have all day and no other plans for your day.... Go to this shop and get your issues taken care of in just a few minutes. The staff are friendly AND helpful. In dealing with AT&T in general, you rarely get the help and that is not very friendly. The staff in this shop should be the archetype for corporate customer service.... sadly, they are not. These guys rock!

Excellent customer service. Representative (Christian) at store was the only person working in the entire store roughly 1 1/2 hrs to closing and managed to handle each customer (over 10 of us) effectively and efficiently including a customer that appeared to come in to the store somewhat irate after being dismissed by the AT&T reps over the phone. Representative deescalated the situation and I believe that customer was helped as much as possible to their satisfaction as well.

Met with a young man at the store today, because my phone had frozen. He was extremely courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He completely solved my problem. His name is Christian. I have always had a good experience with this store and today was no exception!

Christian was great! I always dread getting a new phone ‘cause it usually ends up being a long & complicated process but he was really easy to talk to. Of course I left with more than I planned on lol but I’m very happy with my new phone & I feel like I understand my service plan a bit better.

Jenny was WONDERFUL! She was knowledgeable, VERY patient, and explained things clearly so we were able to understand. And to top it off...she was pleasant and cheerful the whole time. She also made us feel free to contact her if we have any more questions or problems.

Sonia and everyone else are amazing. Literally went out of there way to provide excellent customer service. Drove all the way to Hanford to get my items that were being delayed. I'm going here every time I need anything.

They are always helpful and very well informed. They go above and beyond for me in every interaction. This and their location in Selma are a couple of favorites as I travel around Tulare County quite a bit.

This store is 100 times better than the one on Mooney. They were very helpful and quickly got my issues solved.
