Great clearance sale today at good Ole JC PENNY'S in visalia. My receipt said I saved $522.00 my cost $186.93! I did have a gift card which also took off $56.95. So all in all I say it was a great day.

JCPENNEY has a wonderful staff. I only buy things on CLEARANCE, that's where you save up to 80% off. Every item in the store comes on sale eventually. I don't ever pay regular price for anything.

I was happy to learn that this store was still open after covid. It said close online. I only had to go to one place to purchase various items.

JCPenney's for me is one of the very last nostalgic retail store setting in a mall and i hope it stays there for a long time. They have a great selection of clothing, shoe wear, suits, kids clothing, home goods, a little bit of everything.

Went to JC Penney's today looking for a button-down white short sleeved dress shirt for my husband. Couldn't find anything, went went looking around the lady that was trying to help us couldn't find anything and then about 5 minutes later she tracked us down in the store she found one for my husband. Really appreciate her looking out for us she didn't have to do that but she did very friendly and polite.

We went ring shopping for my 30 year anniversary! The sales girl was sooooo patient with me. She never rushed me and was very professional and informative the whole time. 90% of my gold jewelry comes from this store. They truly make you feel special.

JC Penny is one of my fav places to shop . They had a buy one, get one for half off sale. I used my 50% birthday coupon they sent me and i got both for $29. Each were $30, based on a true story. Happy man i am 😁

Good old JCPenneys, such a nostalgic store that never disappoints. A very large selection of clothing. You can always find an outfit at a great price.

After shopping around I purchased a refrigerator at the Visalia store. Delivery is free and the price was exactly the same as another store that charges for delivery. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Thanks Jared and Lizette! Can't wait to have my new refrigerator delivered!

We stopped by another retail store looking for a baby gift but found their baby item selection was quite limited to only clothes, however, we decided to stop in at JC Penney's to browse their inventory. We saw a small vignette of baby items but could not find the item, even though there was a flyer with all the items to purchase. I looked for an associate, her name was Martha who wasn't working the area but was very helpful and directed us to the customer service area whereby we were able to order the item online and actually have it delivered to the parent's home. I am also thanking the customer service associate whose name I did not get. Very happy with the turnout.

The service was excellent specifically from one staff by name “Ari” who helped us shop for our wedding attires we wanted and she genuinely suggested to us available options (shoes to suits to shirts to maids and kids dresses to ties just to mention a few) which we agreed to and made our whole shopping an awesome experience.
