Maria was very helpful. She answered all our questions and was very patience with us when we were making our decision. They provided snacks and drinks to us and our little one. She gave us many options that best matched the couches we were looking for. She provided the best promotions to us and made the checkout process simple and easy. Overall the entire staff was very genuine and helpful. I will definitely return to this store. We left the store comfortably knowing that we had made the right decision. Thank you again Maria 😁

Miles was amazing! He helped us with finding exactly what we wanted :) showed us many different options to make sure we got what we wanted. We appreciate him so much and will definitely be coming back to him if we end up needing anything else :)

Zeus greeted my family and I with a warm smile and offered us help right away. He showed us a few sectionals and gave us space to think about what we wanted. He was very informative and answered all our questions. Zeus definitely made us feel at ease with our purchase.

I really appreciate the fact that Zues gave us space to look freely and checked up on us occasionally throughout our visit. We didn’t feel pressured or like he was just trying to sell us something. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had.

Maria assisted us first and was amazing and very helpful. We had an issue with our couch selection, which was an error on us due to spacing in our new house. I contacted and worked with Zeus and he was extremely helpful with organizing the re selection from the sales floor side. With his amazing due care Zeus enabled me to take the couch pieces to the warehouse and swap out with the configuration that works with our house. We are very happy with this teams service and they have helped us to add increased comfort in our new home. Thank you Maria and Zeus, and the other staff in support and warehouse for a wonderful experience. Five stars!!!

Went in to look at some couches, Brandon Calemmo helped us pick out a set and get a great deal. Talked us through the whole process and made it all extremely easy start to finish. I'll be back for sure because of his attention to detail, positive attitude, and his willingness and patience while we picked out what we wanted.

We went in for couches and got greeted promptly, were explained the specifics about their sales tags, then offered assistance. JJ was our salesman and he was very helpful and thorough, yet allowing enough space for us to observe and make our own decisions. Overall, it was a quick trip and satisfying experience. My family was pleased.

Brandon C. helped us with our furniture needs. He found us the perfect couch, with the correct sizing for our living area. He was friendly and answered all of our questions and/or concerns. Highly recommend purchasing from him! Definitely going back for patio furniture and other accessories

Go see Byron. I don’t know how that guy isn’t running the whole company. He was so helpful and honest. I’m not a big review writer but Byron deserves it. He showed me exactly what I wanted I just had to tell him. Then he went over why to go with Mor over the competition and honestly.. I don’t think I’ll ever shop anywhere else.

Had a very good experience. My family and I went into the outlet first and even though we didn’t find anything Joe was extremely helpful. Went to the main store and was immediately greeted by Miles who was also very friendly and helpful. He showed me all the options and was very knowledgeable on the furniture when we asked questions.

Mor outdoes themselves time after time! Every employee is amazing and kind, I wish every place had employees like this! Your customer service never ceases to amaze me and I appreciate it so much! We were helped today by Zeus Saavedra and he was so sweet, not overbearing, yet always there when we needed him. He also gave the purchase credit to someone else we had mentioned shopping with before and it just really struck me as above and beyond. I’ve always referred people to Mor when they need furniture and this visit just confirms that I’ll continue doing that. They take care of each other and they take care of us. Keep doing what you’re doing, you’re simply…the best!!

Honestly, when we walked in this furniture store, we weren’t planning to buy anything. We just wanted to browse and check out the prices. We had just been shopping at Big Lots down the street because we’ve seen a sectional couch that we liked, unfortunately Big Lots, even though they had it in stock, did not want to get it from the warehouse because it was too dark. Apparently if it’s too dark, they don’t go to the warehouse to pick up furniture.( I guess it’s store policy)

So we were a little disappointed, walked out, and my husband said, let’s go to Mor furniture, I was a little hesitant I thought it was gonna be very pricey. But to my surprise it was very affordable.

Since the minute we walked in, we were greeted by Christina, she was very kind very informative, and very, very, very helpful. She made everything so easy for us. We decided to finance the sectionals that we liked. And it was done deal that same day, honestly all I Gotta say is they got great customer service, they have great prices, and they have financing, so what else can you ask for? Highly recommend this place Christina is an awesome associate. She needs a raise.

Jasmin was very attentive and a huge help, she made this buying process very easy and smooth for us. We will definitely be recommending this location to our friends and family because of her. :)

The prices are great. The furniture is great quality. The Employees are all very friendly and are ready to assist you as soon as you walk in the store. The show room is very beautifully presented and is always impeccably clean. Definitely using this store for my future furniture purchases.
