The Bone Store

I visited the store to buy crutches on 5-30-24. The store associate was very kind and helpful as she showed me how properly use my new crutches. Needless to say in a time of great pain and stress the store associate helped brighten my day as she wished me a speedy recovery.

I came in to the store limping and left out walking!

For more than a week I’ve been in pain, could not sleep due to herniated discs and my legs cramping all night. I decided to do some search and found what is something I could do, and two items I was looking for. My husband was the one who found this store and we decided to give it a try and see if they had the items.

As soon as I came in I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. I let them know what I thought I needed and they let me know that unfortunately they did not have it but what to try and see if it helped. The store does have a bed in display and was able to try the BioSkin brace and a Nova wedge. There were two wedge options that I tried. It was instant relief and also tried the sole insert.

The store attendant let me know from the very beginning of their policy. It makes sense that everything because of hygiene you can’t return. But I was able to try the brace and then saw the shoe section as well. I was trying shoes and already was walking with the brace.

I got all the items I needed to improve my quality of life in one single trip. That was something I was not expecting. Thank you for all the attention you provide. Other customers enter the store and the attendant made sure we were taken care of before proceeding to the other customers.

Yes, the items are expensive but they are especially made for your needs. I waited to post because I wanted to sleep with the brace and the wedge and see how it went. I had the best sleep from the past week. Not even once my legs cramped and the time I woke up was due to one of my legs falling off the wedge. As soon as I put it back, I fell asleep.

Thank you for providing these products and also having variety of shoes. I got some cute ones for work and for the summer. We truly appreciate it and have become a loyal customer.

Years ago I bought a Golden Liyerider Scooyer for my husband. I stopped by today to have the scooter tightened. Valeria did an excellent job tightening it up for me. Thank you so much!

First time being there. Wow, I had no idea all the things they offer. The employees were prompt to help us right when we walked in the door. They were both very kind and helpful. My husband has plantar fasciitis & the manager let him know what type of shoes to avoid and then recommended some nice shoe inserts & sandals that made him feel better right away! We will definitely come back in to see her!

I've been to this store multiple times & the store manager, V, usually helps me. I'm on my feet alot & the shoe inserts she recommended really helped my knees and back. She also recommended a maternity belt that was a lifesaver last year. It gave great back support and my OBGYN said it was the nicest maternity support she's ever seen. Everyone is always helpful at this store!

My wife limped into the visalia store and was greeted by V. the store manager. My wife was in so much pain. V. helped find the right orthotics by asking questions about the pain. V also measured and properly fitted my wife for compression socks and we also picked up a pair of shoes made specifically for Achilles tendon pain. My wife walked out of the store pain free well the first time in years. V. Was so knowledgeable helpful.

We had a great experience at the Visalia Bone Store. Manager Valeria Flores was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend her and her store!

I needed to pickup some compression socks for my aunt who was unable to come into the store, the store manager gave me a measuring tape and told me how to get the correct measurements for me to come back at a later time. Flexibility and commitment to helping find the correct solution rather than just making a sale is beyond great customer service. Thank you

I had a very positive experience with this store when I had to buy a foot brace when I had acute tendonitis. One associate in took the time to properly explain the products and fit me with the brace. She even re applied my brace after I had bought it when I had had issues wrapping it around my ankle. I was very pleased with The Bone Store

Valeria was so helpful on a recent trip to the Visalia Bone Store with my 88 year old mother. She was so patient with us and helped us find just the right shoes, sandals and insert for mom's neuropathy. We are so pleased with her new footwear and it really seems to have improved her walking.

I visited the bone store in Visalia California a week ago and was assisted by Jonathan Lynn. He was very understanding and helpful. Although I didn’t buy any compression socks at this time he showed me how to put them on. When I got home I followed his instructions and those socks went on easily. I can’t thank you enough Jonathan!

I’ve gone into The Bones Store for a knee scooter for my Achilles rupture, and for various items for my aging father. Each time I’ve gone in, I’ve been helped greeted and helped by Valeria. She is extremely customer service oriented, professional, friendly, and kind. Sure, I could spend a few less bucks online somewhere else-but I’d rather go into TBS and pay their prices because of her customer services and expertise.

Went to the Bone Store in Visalia the associate V was a wonderful help when getting my walker, she was super knowledgeable and patient and made the experience very nice. Thank you again for your help.

I had a prescription for some speciality items that were not in stock! So Beni at the Visalia Bone Store went above and beyond to help find my items. I needed the items in about 2 weeks for an upcoming procedure and ordering by special order would cut it pretty close to my deadline. So Beni checked inventory at other stores, Fresno had 3 but 2 were defective. So we had 1. Then she tried Bakersfield and they had another one. She assured me that somehow, someway that she would get them in store BEFORE my deadline. The next day she called me directly and followed up on her gameplan and comfirmed my order. 8 days later I received a phone call saying that they were in store and I can pick them up anytime. I was VERY IMPRESSED with her OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Well done young Lady!! I will be back!!

I want to acknowledge & commend Gregg from the Visalia Bone Store, for always 'going the extra mile' in all that he does. He is very polite, sincere, helpful & experienced with repairing & tuning up the motorized scooters.
Gregg's attributes are very important to my husband & I. It is extremely important that my husband's scooters run in 'tip-top' condition, because he is dependent on his scooter to provide him a way not only travel....but also to get him into bed.....& function daily. I have bought several things from this store and am extemely happy with each of them! I have a scooter, a walker and a zero gravity recliner. They are all worth every penny I have spent for them!!!!
