Mireya from cvs pharmacy is so efficient and so nice I needed help transferring my prescription from another CVS and she was very helpful.

Thank God we have other locations we're customers are treated fairly when in need of pain medication.

I've seen and heard bad reviews for this location, but I've never had a problem with the pharmacy (which is the main reason I go here) or staff on the floor. The drive thru can be a bit slow, but people need to remember that person working the drive thru is also assisting people inside the store.

This is my favorite CVS! The store is clean and spacious. Their photo center is fast and efficient, the staff at the pharmacy and that do the vaccinations are excellent, and they are on top of mobile orders.

Didn’t realize how fun it could be to shop at CVS. I enjoy the fact it’s a smaller store to shop and the temperature is always right. Nice and warm for the winter. It’s not cold like other stores, example: Walmart or Winco always freezing! CVS has a rewards program to shop! It becomes fun and addicting! Great prices if you know what your doing when buying sale items. The only down fall products aren’t always there to buy but I’m still going to try and see if it’s worth it to shop there.

I fill all of my Rxs at this pharmacy, and have never had any problems. Both the pharmacist & his staff have always been extremely helpful or have gone above and beyond when situations (that are not their fault) arise. The folks who work in the rest of the store always greet me upon entering, and if I look lost aka I forgot what I was looking for someone generally comes and asks how they can help me. Sure sometimes things I need are out of stock, but that happens everywhere and has nothing to do with this CVS.

I feel like lots of the issues Re: the pharmacy at this location have more to do with the prescribing doctor and/or the person’s insurance. Often when People don’t know WHY something is happening they assume the most proximate in line is to blame.

SIGN UP FOR THE CARE PASS IF YOU/YOUR FAMILY USE THE PHARMACY A LOT & IF YOU BUY CVS BRAND ITEMS!!! It has saved us a LOT of money monthly!

Friendly staff, they fill prescriptions within an hour. They have re-filled my prescriptions 30mins before closing which no other pharmacy has ever done. They send you a text message when your prescriptions are ready for pickup. They usually have great deals when you use your rewards card.

My family member was released from surgery 40 minutes before CVS stores close. I went to our regular CVS on Demaree and was told to come back in 5 days, they couldn't check to see if another CVS had the medication, and couldn't call around for me. I was told I just had to go to another pharmacy and see if they had it. The CVS on Caldwell understood our situation and treated us with compassion. I was greeted by staff when I entered the store and was able to get the medication filled. CVS on Caldwell's staff work as if they have embraced a vision bigger than themselves. THANK YOU CVS ON CALDWELL!

Great customer service !! Her name was Shatha, she helped me ALOT with couponing when I needed it and didnt seem to rush like other employees ! She was very nice !

Patricia (in pharmacy) literally saved my life!! I was in desperate need for my asthma medication and she did all things possible to make sure I got it!! Thank youuuuuu!!!!

Great Service and Great Staff....don't believe it when people say "Bad Service"....they are probably "Bad Customers." If you want BAD SERVICE use the Walgreen's at Court and E Walnut.

I like the self check out kiosk machine.
