Had an issue with my vehicles cooling system so changed a thermostat but I didn't think the vehicle was acting right and with no diagnostic tools I took the truck in to Mechanics Pride. They got to it reasonably fast, ran full diagnostics and found no issues. They charged me exactly $0. Have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be for many more. Honest mechanics are beyond hard to find these days and Mechanics Pride has always treated me fairly, quick service, excellent customer service and very communicative throughout who process. If you're looking stop here and take your car in.

My diesel truck lost its power while driving on a very cold morning recently. My immediate plan was limping it into “Mechanics Pride” auto repair shop a mile away. They had me back on the road in two days and it cost way less than I expected. I’ve always received fast, friendly, professional service at Mechanics Pride. Thanks for everything guys. 🤟😎🙏

One of the best mechanic auto shops in Spokane Valley, very clean, professional, hard working mechanics that will serve you and your needs in your auto repair time of need and I was so happy and surprised with the price. Will be returning again for sure.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Mechanic’s Pride (specifically the Pines location) for pretty much everything for almost 5 years now. I won’t take my cars anywhere else!

They have always been accommodating, friendly, and extremely thorough with all of the work they’ve done for me. Their prices are fair and they’ve been honest, even going out of their way to explore options to save me money on a few expensive repairs in the past.

Brian is always welcoming and great at fitting me into the schedule as things come up. The rest of the staff is great to work with as well.

The team at Mechanics Pride does an excellent job every time we need service. They are quick to fit us into the schedule, professional in their communication, honest about what needs to get done on the vehicle, and maintain competitive prices for their work. Brian at the Pines location and Mike, the owner, at the downtown location are the main folks I have worked with. Both have been fantastic! I cannot recommend Mechanics Pride enough. Great people, honest diagnostics, professional, and fair.

Extremely impressed and happy with the quality of service I received! Brian (the manager) was very up front on the cost and even did what he could do to save me money which I greatly appreciated. The mechanic Tim was extremely professional and quick, but more importantly than quick is that he did great work and didn’t settle for “good enough”! I felt like they treated my Ram 3500HO as if it was their own and they weren’t going to send it out of the shop until it was completely fixed. They even fixed a couple little things at no cost just because it was quick and easy for them to do. I highly recommend this shop and they have earned my future business.

Auto mechanics make me more nervous than used car sales people. However, Mechanics Pride has been honest with repair needs and cost. I highly recommend them and trust that what they say needs to be done actually needs to be fixed. Don't mind paying for their skills and tools since they are honest and don't add on things that don't need to be fixed.

The folks at Mechanic's Pride are the best, honest and up front, I take my vehicles here to be worked on or repaired, not ripped off. The communication is great, plus there is not up-selling, good honest mechanics.

I can not give enough stars to this place and team. They were the kindest and most professional team I have ever experienced. Going to the mechanic is never fun and always a bit intimidating for me, but these people made me feel at peace and ended up extending me the greatest kindness. I will never use another mechanic as long as I live here. They didn’t know me, did not owe me the grace they extended me, but treated as if I had been a long standing customer with them. I owe them so much and my gratitude is indescribable as they met me at a very tough time. Thank you all for your kind generosity, I am forever grateful. My experience at Mechanic’s Pride was great! I took my car in to have my snow tires put on for the winter. After already beginning the process, they informed me that one of my studded tires was bad. They rescheduled me and even held my good tires there for a few days until I could bring another good tire I had in storage. They didn’t charge me any extra for the hassle and extra work they did. I was very thankful for this amazing customer service! I will definitely go back!

Jim and the guys are very helpful and work well with their downtown branch to diagnose and fix our vehicles. The branches work together to honor the customer's loyalty and share necessary information. Just make sure you communicate clearly with these guys because they are busy people. They have earned my complete trust on diagnosis and pricing, which is valuable to me because I drive old vehicles. I had them inspect a used car before I bought it. They ensured that I had the right information to negotiate price on the car.

I have complete confidence in this business. I brought my car in to get new brakes and they called back and let me know that I could get 5000 miles more life out of them. Another time the fan was making a noise when it was blowing. They said they found some paper back there and removed it and that I did not need a new fan. This business clearly is after customer service more than just making money and I appreciate an honest mechanic - which can be hard to find.

Came in last minute with a rustic license plate, and they were able to at help me get it off with no charge!! I got everything handle quickly and professionally! I appreciate the hard workers and skilled help I received. Definitely recommend them!

They are great. My car broke down, they recommended a tow company that had me and my car at the shop in 30 min. They had my car fixed and back to me in 2 days at an amazingly reasonable price. Very friendly and professional will be bring my car here exclusively from now on.

I would and have recommend mechanics pride to all my friends and family!! I have had them do lots of work on my van. Everything from some electrical issues to the tensioner & belt also the fuel pump and several other things. They have always been very kind helpful and fair. Both Jim and Sabrina have been very kind when it has came to dealing with my vehicle. The work always gets done quickly and correctly. 😁

I took my jeep here. They fully diagnosed several issues. Found out the issues and i was able to pick the ones i could afford. Customer service is top notch!
