Rosauers Pharmacy

I have never had such amazing service with a pharmacy as I have with this one. They really strive to help you by answering any questions as well as working to get to know you and your family in the short interactions you may have with them.

Brian and Shelley, both pharmacists are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Laura is a pharmacy tech who is friendly and been there for years! Thank you for always taking care of us!

We have used this pharmacy for over 30 years. My parents used it much longer. The professionalism, knowledgeable, and friendliness of them is above & beyond excellent. The pharmacist and techs are extremely knowledgeable. They even caught possible bad drug interactions, when the doctors should have. I have more similar experiences that the pharmacist caught or figured out, not the doctors. The caring & kindness of each one of them is priceless. How refreshing it is to be called by your name & asked how are you doing? Yes, they do care about the answers to that question! My Mom had early dementia & would call in her rx's..sometimes 30 + times a day. Every time, they responded like it was the first time she called them in. I will be forever grateful for that. They treated Mom with such dignity. I'll never stop using Rosauers pharmacy. The convenience of the drive through is easy. Same quality care from the safety of your car. Don't forget the flu & pneumonia shots. Shelly, Brian, Laura, Amy..and everyone else..ty for 30 years of the best care. Here's to 30 more years!

Been using this pharmacy for a decade now and the people know us and great us warmly every time we come in. They work with our providers to make sure we have what we need.

The ladies here are so kind and compassionate.

The staff are all very nice. I always use the Lincoln Heights location.

Staff and pharmacist are friendly and helpful I use the drive-in and they always give my dog a treat. Which isn't as great as it seems as my dog won't let me pass without stopping :-).

Tanya and Brian are wonderful! However, there is one tech who thinks she is a pharmacist. Just be aware she isn’t.

The young male pharmacist that works there is rude and nasty. Is he on drugs, overworked and tired? A pharmacist should never disrespect and be mean to their elderly customers.
