Johnny & Makala went out of their way to ensure I was able to receive my COVID Booster when I went to the Rite Aid pharmacy. I didn’t have an appointment, but Johnny said he would try to “fit me in.”
My wait was short, and the vaccination itself was essentially painless.

The folks that work here are always friendly and helpful. You can count on things getting done efficiently here as well. They are very organized 🤓Oh, and generally much quicker than most other pharmacies.

I just moved from out of State and had a RX which was written from a dr within my previous state. It was written by a Worker’s Comp dr. I had been told by my dr that it probably would not be honored out of state but I decided to give it a try. Christine from Rite Aid in Lincoln Heights greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help me. I explained the situation to her. Still with a smile and pleasant demeanor she said, “No problem, I will give the dr and your Worker’s Comp a call and then get back to you with an answer”. And she kept her word! She called me first thing in the morning the following day and let me know that my RX was approved and filled! WOW! Not only was Christine pleasant, caring, thoughtful and cheerful she was also a woman of her word! Rare find these days! Thank you Christine for taking the path of pursuing an issue, for me, which I know was not an easy one to tackle! I am extremely impressed and grateful.

The staff was professional, welcoming & knowledgeable. So glad I was able to smoothly transfer my prescriptions here!!

Cheers to Carol for helping and working with my doctors office and following through to get me what I needed! She stepped up, the others should learn something from her! What true customer service is!

Rite Aid has done alot to improve service and selection both of which they have been successful in my opinion!

u wont find another pharmacy like this.hey all say they carebut has your pharmacist ever gotten you a flu shot ready ,just in case because she knows your immune systems beat?the pharmacist&her tech are amazing

I Like rite aid. Friendly imformative staff. A wide variety of things i use daily. Easy access parking, restaurants and coffee places in the same area. Have a coffee while waiting for your prescription.

Fast checkout and typically friendly staff. some more than others but they always open another checkout of there are more than two or three people in line.

Convenient and very friendly. Excellent pharmacy.

Now that they remodeled the store it’s a lot more clean. Customer service is always great.
