Rosauers Supermarkets

This grocery store has a lot of good prices and a lot of options, They're meat department and bakery are among the top-notch in the area. There are go to store when you need to get something quick or just to do a full on shopping trip.

Rosauers pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever been through in my whole life. They work so hard. I've always been treated so well there. And of course the rest of the store is very good too.

Love this store! Always clean and tidy. The workers are helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist. I love their produce and choices.

This store is really nice and wonderfully stocked. Very clean and well laid out designs for maximum shopping experience. Self checkout stations make for a speedy exit and cashiers are always around helping out. The employees are also very friendly, almost too friendly.

Justin and his team did an amazing job with assisting me. Last minute Chrstmas Eve dinner items and the meat and seafood dept were closed. Instead of telling me they're closed, he asked me what I needed and was able to go back there and grab it. Thank you soo much! Great customer service.

Small enough to navigate quickly but has everything I need. Employees are courteous and friendly.

This Rosauer's always has a nice produce selection. Great variety and the displays look great. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

This is hands down the best store in town and that is not a question. Great visit today again. Emily in the deli took such great care of us for a special chicken order for a party we are having. She was so great. Sadly, found out on the same visit that Manager Rob is leaving. Rob and I became "Store friends" and I always had such great conversations when I would run into him. Moving to another store so congrats to him.Great guy and a true asset to the Rosauers company.

I have been going here for years - they have the best/freshest meat and produce options. Service is outstanding everytime. Staff always seems happy to help. You can tell they train and treat their employees well!

Todd a checker, has been there for years, is fast and friendly and knows his stuff. Merv has helped with bagging my groceries and offers fun stories anytime he helps you load groceries in your car. X is a newer employee who has been so friendly everytime, smiles and looks you in the eyes, and is extremely polite.

There was also one time in the last year that I was in the produce area and there was a customer with a visible disability who was struggling with locating items. There was an employee who was stocking items and put down what they were doing immediately and offered to go to the aisles with the person who needed assistance to make sure they got what they needed instead of just telling them it was in aisle number whatever. I later saw them assisting the same customer to the check stand to make sure they were all taken care of. I wish I would have gotten the name of that employee.

Many stores are about getting things done in timely manners - Rosauers is about service!

My daughter and I wanted lunch but didn't want fast food or to pay an arm and a leg for a simple sit down meal so we stopped in at the deli, grabbed two would and split a roll. It was a perfect simple meal. The soups were great tasting and hot. The roll was fresh and the perfect compliment to the hearty soup. The customer service was excellent. Everything was very clean. Their little dining space was welcoming.

I love Rosauers. And I love this location as well. They always have my favorite bakery items, and the staff is always incredibly friendly. The produce selection is great. And they have great prices. I live on the other side of the mountains so I don't get over to a rosauers very often but I have visited quite a few overtime. This is one of the better ones I've been to.

Consistently great customer service! Good bakery, good sales. The store where everyone knows your name. Love shopping here,! I avoid Safeway across the street at all costs, they are so rude! Do yourself a favor and head to Rosauers for a pleasant shopping experience! Still the same great shopping experience ever today!

This specific Rosauers location has very courteous, polite, respectful, helpful and professional staff. In the seven years I have patronized their store, it is notable that there is a stable consistent staff with very little change in employees. This location is one of the cleanest grocery stores in the entire city of Spokane. The produce and meat sections are excellently managed. The delicatessen has a good sized seating area, and reasonably priced hot lunches are offered between 11 am and 2 pm. There is also a coffee bar and a Huckleberry's organic section in this location. Visit. You may like what you find.

Secure wifi with purchase in the cafe where an iced coke is available in largest with a free refill $1.99 and you can charge your device.

Rosauers helped me out this Christmas with getting packages mailed out.
There was a long line, and one postal worker. He was efficient, organized and provided great customer service. Long line went down quickly!

The only issue I have is the prices are more expensive than other grocery stores. And sometimes, at least to me, having wonderful and personal grocer's are priceless. They really attempt to get to know the people who shop there, and go above and beyond by showing that with ordering certain items not usually carried for their customers. The butchers in the meat department usually make it a point to call me, and several other customers I have noticed, by our names and remember what preferences or needs we have. I just think the quality of produce, and meat cannot be beat, and either can the quality of my wonderful team of grocer's at Rosauer's.
