Natural Grocers

All I can say is please come here for nutritional consultation with Katherine only and get supplements. I had an upsetting experience today with cashier. I come to this store few times a month. I know how and where the line forms when checking out. I was getting bananas and to get them you have to go in front of the store and back to get around the line to checkout. I wasn’t even sone shopping or in line to checkout. There was one customer checking out her groceries and left the store. I turned around and saw no line was formed or any customers in line so I thought I would just not go around. The cashier spoke so rudely to me and and gave me strange look. She said next time to go around. I said I know no one was in line I checked. She said there was one customer and I said I know she checked out. You checked her groceries. Goes to ask me how is your day going. I said so far was good. Then she is like I let you think?? She was talking strange and weird to me. Made me very upset and cry. I should of just left without groceries. God bless her with all your love. Wouldn’t be coming here

I love natural grocers. The prices are great and they have a wonderful vegan selection of foods. Today they had a really great sale on plant-based cheeses. If you've never been here, check it out :-) They show off their weekly sales as you walk in.

Love the items and homeopathic medicines available. Much nicer employees at this location!! Coeur D'alene has the rudest female working supplements. Drives my business farther out!

I shop at the Natural Grocers on 29th all the time. The produce is fabulous, the options for bulk items and prices are also fantastic. Every employee I’ve ever interacted with there has been cheerful, kind, and helpful. Today, I didn’t realize the coupon for 15% off produce was a click to load to my account, and bought a ton of produce before realizing the coupon wasn’t loaded. Hannah, my checkout person not only waited for me to run out to me car to grab my phone, but went above and beyond to return all of my produce (there was a LOT), and then ring every item in again. Not only did she do this, but she did so with such gracious kindness, and not an ounce of irritation, that I was honestly astounded. 10/10 recommend Natural Grocers in general, and the location on 29th in Spokane in particular. They absolutely go above and beyond. And shoutout to Hannah for being employee of the year!!

What makes this location stand out best is how friendly everyone is!! Every time I shop here I am always greeted right away by someone. It’s a great feeling to be acknowledged: In the checkout the cashiers know how to lead a conversation that isn’t mundane. The people that work here are personable and have great character. The store is so clean and the staff is so helpful when I need pointed in the right direction. I love shopping at this location versus the division one.

I've been coming here since it opened. The store is always spotless, all the food is excellent, the people who work there are very knowledgeable & professional. The prices are outstanding & lower than any competition. A place you must go & check out. It's totally awesome!!

There's lots of great food for everyone. In addition to that are all the supplements and body care products. I absolutely love the Shea nut oil in their brand.

A great grocery store to shop at if you're interested in finding only products that are good for you. They carry only products without GMO's and many, many organic and gluten free products as well. I've shopped the Division and the South Hill stores and the staff at both locations are extremely knowledgeable and friendly!

Fun to shop at...very helpful staff....multiple choices of items...sooo...if u are looking for something specific, do your homework first. Wonderful store!

They have high quality products. The variety of supplements they carry is tremendous and the quality of said supplements are stupendous. They provide a fantastic level of customer service here and have a little bit of everything to live a healthier life style. Although their prices aren’t the lowest, you are getting what you pay for and that matters more. They offer lectures to the public to better their lifestyles as well. These are free seminars that most people will charge you good money for. There are no reasons to give this facility anything less than a 5 star. Being the old Hastings, they have done an amazing job with this facility

Very friendly staff and a huge selection of healthy organic foods and supplements. They even have seminars teaching people how to better take care of their health. The products are a bit more spendy because the process cost more to have a high quality product, but you get what you pay for folks. I am very grateful to have access to a store that can really help me upgrade my body. They even gave me a free reusable grocery bag!

Clean, good prices, great customer service. Take a minute and really look around. They have frozen organic, vitamins, and gluten free products you won't find elsewhere. I buy my facial care products here also. Ask for Sarah.

They have a fine selection, with some cool stuff to enjoy. I liked the dried mushrooms and sodas. The prices were good, and the staff was very friendly. I even had someone ask if we were ok from the office. So all in all, a nice place.

The wife always finds a number of things I cannot pronounce. But I always find something worth trying out too. The dog treats are fantastic and have more vitamins than filler and the dog loves them. Well worth a stop and look around.

This is the south hill store. Very nice, lots of organic veggies, foods, supplements and more. Had to return an item, had the receipt and absolutely no problem. Very helpful store personnel.
