These guys are awesome. Consistently have what I need and are always willing to give advice. They NEVER try and upsell you. In fact, today they gave me great advice about which auger and cleaner to buy for a toilet clog. I would have otherwise bought the wrong thing! My favorite local hardware store!

These guys have perfected their customer service skills to an absolute art form. They appreciate the dilemmas that home owners face when trying to work within a limited budget. That's not to say they are trying to sell you the cheapest product that might work. Just the opposite is true, they take the time to make sure that you understand how that better made products and materials work together to resolve your problem. So much more budget friendly than having to replace the the same part within a few weeks. Thank you for your unwavering commitment to Spokane DYI guys like myself.

Millers will become the first hardware store you check once you give it a try. The people are helpful and available, their shelves are incredibly well stocked, and you can be in and out in 5 minutes easily.

If you've ever been in Lowes or Home Depot and struggled to find someone to help you solve a problem or locate a part/tool - try visiting Millers first next time. They are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and not too busy to lend you time. And despite the size of the store, they always have what I need. In the ~30 visits Ive made in the past year, only once did they not have the part i was looking for.

They have a full departments for plumbing, gardening, fasteners, paint, adhesives, hand tools, so on and so on.

I was surprised they will even cut you custom pieces of glass for replacing old window panes.

I started going here to support local but now I dread going anywhere else for hardware because theyre not Millers.

Miller's Hardware continues to be my favorite hardware store! The staff there are always willing to help you find whatever you need. Yesterday I got there a few minutes before 5pm, not realizing they were closing at 5. Brandon immediately jumped in to help me find the list of items I needed. He didn't rush me at all. He didn't even mention they were closing at 5, but instead took his time with me. That's the kind of customer service I get every time I visit Miller's. I highly recommend them! I've been there a dozen times and I don’t think I've see the whole store. 2 steps in the door and someone asks me if they can help me. I say what I need and 60 seconds later I've paid and am out the door. Their customer service is amazing. Went to Ace to get pool salt and once again they didn't have what I needed. Called Miller's and 5 minutes later I had 2 employees loading bags of salt in my car and I didn't need the help but that's how they do things. They are my 1st stop for now on.

When I come to a hardware store or any store I hate playing where’s Waldo. Right away I was greeted and shown what options were available. They asked questions to help find the best options and didn’t just hand me the most expensive item.

I had a good feeling when I looked the guys up as we just moved to the area and it held true. Great business and I will keep going there.

I had a issue getting house screens re-done the owner really seems to care fixed the issue fast and went above to make sure I was happy thank you

Miller’s is amazing - if you want to support small local businesses, miller’s is the go to hardware store. They have everything you need, or they will tell you the best place to get it. Great advice, their copied keys work - I have never been disappointed. And they are nice even when you have no idea what you need!

An hour ago, I discovered a worn out part in our dishwasher. Not knowing what it was, I knew Miller Hardware would help. Turns out, they didn’t have the part. They recommended Reliable Parts on Fancher. I called and described the part. The salesman found the part and said it would be at the front desk. I drove out there, bought the part and it is already installed. Yeah for Miller’s Hardware’s ALWAYS HELPFUL SALESPEOPLE.

I needed new hoses and an adapter that would make my too close to the ground faucets useable. They were very helpful and had exactly what I needed. My visit was fast and efficient. So glad that they are up on the south hill.

This is my go-to store for everything. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and they always have almost everything that I want. It's so much closer to my home then Home Depot. I also like to support the small business. Miller's really does do it best!

I've been shopping at Miller's for nearly two decades, sometimes going out of my way to do so. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful "above and beyond." Whenever I've had a question, they've had an answer. Only on a few occasions have I not walked out with what I need (even if it's not what I originally thought I needed!). Any big-box store could take customer-service lessons from them, although they'd still be unlikely to match the service. Plus, although I recognize that national brands employ local workers, I like supporting local businesses.

Miller's is truly a "Do It Best" hardware store!
