My husband and I were looking to relocate to St. George from Hildale to be closer to his work and closer to more activities for our little one. When we started looking into things, JD reached out to us super quick, we chatted about what we were looking for and the process was started!

We were looking to sell our home in Hildale and ended up going with a new home build in St. George. One of the things we loved about working with JD was his knowledge of not only the area we were moving to, but even his knowledge and connections in the Hildale area. We ended up running into some road blocks with the high interest rates and small market that is Hildale so we had to look at other options which JD was more than happy to help with and used all his expertise and connections to make it happen for us. JD helped us every step of the way and made things as simple and seamless as possible even as things got stressful with trying to close the deal.

My husband and I would both 100% recommend JD and his team; they truly went above and beyond to help us get into our dream home when they could have very easily said our house wouldn't sell right now and just leave it at that. Nate is amazing to work with. Organized and listened to our needs. Selling our house was a breeze with Nate.

I met JD by calling a few agents. He was the only one who seemed to take me serious. I appreciated his respect and professionalism. We had him sell our condo in Las Palmas. It was not an easy sell be he stayed positive and diligent. In the end, he was able to get a little more than our bottom dollar. I recommend him, he’s connected and a great communicator.
