I was really impressed by the way the staff were during my visit. The front desk receptionist/scheduler were very welcoming straight away. They were also very attentive to cleanliness especially during all of this. The dental assistant was also very helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. I haven’t been to the dentist in YEARS and it’s because I don’t like being there. they also didn’t make me feel bad for anything as far as poor dental hygiene goes. The rest of the staff were professional and great, as well as gentle throughout the visit. Appreciate the great experience.

The most professional yet like family dentist! You will be treated like you matter! The staff is fantastic! Friendly, it's easy to be comfortable with this dentist! If you have any dentist anxiety you are in great hands here! The sence of urgency is on point! I've been to a few dentists in Spokane and I found my forever dentist here! ✨✨✨✨✨

Great dentist, great staff. Happy positive environment and they take Molina! He was able to give me a really nice smile back! He’s an artist! Fixed 5 teeth that had recession with white fillings. They look great. Thank you :D

Back again a year later and it was an even better experience. I’ll keep going here as long as he takes Molina. I was able to get on a payment plan that took 5sec for issues insurance wouldn’t cover. The staff are courteous and kind. It’s a beautiful office, which is reassuring considering strangers have their hands in your mouth. It was an overall great experience. They were able to refer me to an orthodontist as well. Great people. One of the best to take state insurance.

My first time getting any work done at this office and it was fantastic. I don’t like having work done and have major anxiety..and they were very accommodating. I never even felt him numb the front of my mouth with the needle. Just super gentle, quick and efficient.

The only negative review on here is alleging that they tell people to leave reviews. I have had all of my dental everything done here since I became 18. I'm 21.5 now. Wisdom tooth surgery, the whole lot. Never once was asked to write a review. So much better than my childhood dentist. I would literally never go elsewhere. If I moved twelve hours away, I would come back here once a year for x-rays. He and his wife are so good. The only complaint I would have is that at one of the many (I go every 6 months) teeth cleanings I have had they had a really new newbie and my teeth didn't get quite as clean, but I just didn't want to be mean to her and figured it was fine. It was, there was no harm done and I didn't make her have a bad day. Seems funny that some customers would turn that one experience into a one star review lol. Nope these guys deserve ALL. FIVE. STARS. :D

I have had some pretty bad experiences with dentists and dental hygienist in the past and I am always skeptical of new places. I started going here 2 years ago and they have been truly amazing. Everyone is so kind, nice and helpful. I have had to get a couple cavities filled and it was such a better experience than what I have had in the past. I highly recommend Grins & Giggles to anyone looking for a new dentist.

The staff here is amazing! Dr. Kabbani is wonderful and does amazing work! He always breaks everything down so I thoroughly understand. The work and care from the entire staff is excellent. They seem to truly love their jobs and it shows. I’m so thankful to have found this dentistry. My kids actually look forward to their dentist visits now.

It has been a long time since I had been to a dentist. My biggest fear was being judged and scolded for not taking care of my teeth. That is part of the reason it had been so long.. But, I did not feel judged, I felt welcomed. The hygienist said "well you are here now" and welcomed me back. That is exactly what they should do when in a situation like this. They did a great job. Grins and Giggles family dentistry is the most amazing dentist office. 😁👍🏼 We came from a very shoty dentist prior and then we found Grins and Giggles and we adore them so much. Each person we met there bent over backwards to make sure we had a pleasurable visit (from our greetings walking in, scheduling, all the way to having a filling being done). The compassion they have for my family and I is heart warming. The dentist can be a scary place for kids, but they were amazing with my daughters. When their visits were over they had huge smiles on their face. The entire office, from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist are all professional and transparent in everything they do. Their work is exceptional and highly recommended. Dr. Kannani and Nora are simply the best when it comes to dentists! I had a crown placed and was so impressed with the time and care they gave to make it a great experience. They are both extremely gentle and talented with attention to every detail. You will also love working with Laura at the front desk! Highly recommended this amazing dental team!

Such a great place! Dr. Kabbani does an amazing job every time and the staff is very kind. I admire this place for its professionalism. This place is great when it comes to price! It’s affordable & great dental care, and I advise everyone I talk to, to go to this office. Most dental places I’ve been to will charge too much, refer out for any root canals & extractions, and pressure you into spending thousands of dollars by getting everything done at once. This place is very accommodating, can do extractions / root canals / crowns / etc. in office, tells you all the work that needs to be done, but gives you the option of going at your own pace (finance-wise) by addressing 1 problem tooth at a time (something I’ve never encountered anywhere else). This place is absolutely wonderful! Highly recommended, regardless of what age you are!

Amazing dental practice-with even better workers. They all are extremely dedicated to the practice and to the people. The check ups are quick and painless, the dental assistants are easy going and thorough. Dr. Kabbani is kind and obviously loves what he does. I couldn’t be more appreciative of how far they go for the patients. Dentists appointments have never been more easy. 13/10 recommend!

Today was the most exceptional dentist visit i have ever had i went in very scared my blood pressure some what elevated and the first person i seen made me smile and feel so welcomed then i was taken back to have six teeth pulled and the young lady who sat with me was so loving and kind and made sure that i knew nothing bad would happen then came the doctor and oh my gosh he was sent from heaven because i never ever felt any pain at all never felt any shots didnt really feel any pressure when he pulled my teeth the whole experience was like nothing ive ever had before and im going to let everyone i know to go to Grins and Giggles. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the staff and Doctor for making me feel so welcomed and safe

I've had the opportunity to visit Grins & Giggles three times now. Every time I've been really pleased with the way I was treated. I've had three different assistants and, without exception, they've been delightful to work with. This place is the best. I had not been seen by a dentist in almost 10yrs and had some severe fear issues associated with dental work due. They were gentle and effective at fixing my teeth. The anesthetic shots were so fast and painless and my daughter had her teeth fixed as well and it was such a good experience she has no fear of the dentist. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kabbani and his staff are truly such a genuine, caring and talented group of professionals! After years of bad experiences with other offices, my fears and anxiety were put to rest with this team! PLUS, I'm getting the care I need with such fines and concern for my comfort and am feeling so much more confident with my smile and oral health. I'm very grateful to this practice. 🙏

I walked in a little nervous , but walked out with actually a Grin on my face. Nora is amazing. Very gentle while taking pictures, and cleaning. But done extremely well. The dentist is aslo amazing. He explained , in detail what was happening to my teeth, (which no other dentist had bothered to explain). He has a workable plan for me, for now and the future. Everyone I met was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you to everyone. I am actually looking forward to going to my dentist. Wow! I never thought I would say that in my lifetime.
